Momma Q's Kitchen — Restaurant in Cleveland Heights

This is my second time eating here because my job is within walking distance, the food is good, but the service irritates me. The first time I ordered my food took forever, a good 40-50 minutes after calling in & placing an order for jerk & curry chicken… ok whatever. The second time I call ahead as well, was told it would be 15 , came in 20 just to give them more time & my food still wasn’t ready. They have a order here and a pick up counter , when I walked in there was a person helping someone at the order here counter and he said he’d be with me in one moment, I didn’t ask the person behind the pick up counter was my order ready, the other man proceeds to say “ I said I would be with you in one second like 1000 times” … unnecessary & I wasn’t feeling it.
