Browns Corner Restaurant — Restaurant in Cleveland

Things have really gone downhill @ this venerable Cleveland Restaurant since Sister Brown passed in November 2017. Customer service and server pettiness are both at new lows here. Food is made to order from scratch, but high prices, and napkin counting detract from a friendly customer experience.

The month-long closing after a carbon-monoxide evacuation sickened both customers and staff in December 2017, left the staff with several new surly, impolite, younger Brown relatives who are babysitting their kids, while trying to serve customers. This has really changed the character of this venerable neighborhood institution.

My guess is it will go belly-up in 2018, if the service issues don't change. But, the food is still...

The food was good just some of it is over seasoned. I got the home fries and they were salty. My son got some a few days later and they were just as salty and greasy , so that money was wasted. The lady that was cooking is very pushy about how well I liked the food. She put me on blast to other customers that were there asking my opinion wanting me to tell people it’s the best. I have social anxiety so making me interact with others made me uncomfortable. Also it is on the website that you can sit down and eat there was only one table there. They just reopened so I hope they realize soon that not everyone likes heavy seasonings or their health...

I’ve called and place a order and couldn’t pick up because of a emergency situation that happened this business choose to post my phone number on social media and tell people to call me and play on my phone because I didn’t pick up a $10 order and now I’m getting harassed from strangers and the the lady who took my order which is causing me more mental stress from what I just in concert that day the people that’s coming are threatening my life and there will be a lawsuit against this business I have the screenshots of this business posting my number and telling the whole world to play on my phone...
