I’ve just went through the drive-through and ordered two whopper juniors. The lady at the window asked would you like cheese on those? I said yes and then she says I’m sorry. Would you like cheese on those? I said yes again.She even reviewed my order and said two whopper juniors with cheese I said correct she gave me the price and then said pull around. So I went through with my order and then left. My son took one bite and said hey mom there’s no cheese on these so we went back around. A lady (that wasn’t at the window) came to the window and said Give me your whoppers no I'm sorry no let me remake that for you just give me your whoppers (her tone was very rude) so I handed both of them over to her. They took them in the back for what seemed like 10 seconds then gave them back to us. My son opens up the whopper, and it’s the whopper that he’s already eaten from!!!!!! with a piece of cheese on it. They took them in the back and put 2 cold pieces of cheese on one already bitten sandwich and the other non eaten one. I've never ever in my life ever heard of somebody taking food back through their window then over to their food line and not remaking fresh (my son only took one bite). I know people take back food, but every time that’s happened to me it’s always been remade. The shock was when we opened the wrapper and saw the sandwhich that had a bite missing. That was the most unsanitary thing I’ve seen how do they know that my son‘s not sick or I’m not sick. I didn’t see any gloves. I feel like that would be a health violation for sure. Also The lady at the register didn’t put it on the receipt. But she asked me multiple times. So she’s all like you didn’t get charged for it. Oh wow thanks. You guys manhandled the food, put 2 cold pieces of cheese on my 2 sandwiches, then did god knows what to it and Weren’t very nice when it’s a mistake on your part. I even tried to show not one but three people that my transaction went through when being met with total disregard and disrespect while being to to hush my mouth and stop talking to the blond who refused to give me her name. Read moreI got half way through my fries and all the fries were covered in crystallized salt and it was getting really salty for me so when ask for fresh fries without salt I was first told in a rude voice, “that was 15 minutes ago “ . I was kinda insulted and said I’m sorry I don’t scarf my food down in 5 minutes, he got the manager and they were talking about how it took me 15 minutes to realize they were too salty and I should have asked for no salt. I tried to get the manager to look and the amount of salt and she had employee just toss and did offer to give me fresh fries but rudely told me to not wait 15 minutes to say something.
