I recently visited the Starbucks at Cleveland Hopkins Airport when I was flying to Houston and here’s my take on it:

Ambiance and Service: The Starbucks is conveniently located near Gate A1. The atmosphere is typical of airport coffee shops—busy, with travelers coming and going. The service was efficient, but not overly friendly.

Food and Drinks: I tried the Egg Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich, and I must say, it’s a winner! The combination of egg, pesto, and melted mozzarella was delightful. It’s a great breakfast option, especially for those who prefer egg-based dishes over meat.

Unfortunately, the Chicken Maple Butter Egg Sandwich, which I was looking forward to, seems to have been discontinued.

Juice Options: While Starbucks is known for its coffee, they also offer a variety of juices. If you’re a juice enthusiast, you won’t be disappointed.

Overall Impression: Starbucks at Cleveland Hopkins Airport is a decent stop for a quick bite or a caffeine fix.

You know that phrase, "What would Jesus do?" These Starbucks employees take it to heart. They replaced a spilled drink without my asking - they were flooded with work and a never ending line, yet are so detailed oriented that they somehow noticed us cleaning up the spilled drink in the background and kindly replaced it. I NEVER go to Starbucks because I always feel out of my element and like I don't know what I'm talking about. The young woman at the cash register patiently walked me through everything and even made some suggestions that helped me discover what drink I like! They clearly run a tight ship and get people's orders out within 5 minutes, no matter the size. Their smiles are genuine, and they deal with tough situations like the boss ladies they are. It’s very rare that you find an airport fast food option as nice as this Starbucks.

Stopping by this morning, the person at the register was very warm and friendly as she took my order. It was almost startling how nice that interaction made me feel, just in the littlest ways she greeted me and wished me a nice day. It’s early, everyone else is slow moving, and that was the bright spot I didn’t know I needed to start my travel day. The same customer service was provided as I picked up my drink.

I stayed at the bar table to enjoy my food and drink because the atmosphere was so pleasant. It was nice to see people who seemingly enjoyed their job, enjoyed working together, and took care of each customer with the same attentiveness....
