Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Cleveland

This Charleys is always super good! Theres always a good coupon on the app and its wayyyyyy better than other fast food for the same price. My order is always right and they hooked it up with so many napkins and ketchup. The chicken teriyaki is sandwich is my go to it is so delicious. The combo of toppings is perfect. It can get a little soggy depending on how much teriyaki they put but the one I had tonight was perfect. Good bread, the swiss cheese is perfect with the teriyaki snd the mayo. Idk why the pickle works but it just does. Chefs kiss. The fries are basic but always hot and tasty. I definitely add salt and pepper to em. I get cheese sauce for them too which is a delightful classic cheese dipping sauce. Today I wanted to try their wings and I was actually shook how good they were! 3 flats 3 drums. I got the BBQ which was really good. Decently crispy too. Though I don't understand why it was 50c extra compared to all the other flavors when BBQ is such a basic wing flavor. I was looking for a quick bite to eat in the area, and saw this on Google Reviews. I love a good cheesesteak with lots of toppings. This cheesesteak was definitely something I was looking for and hot the spot! The staff was friendly and was accommodating when I had a question related to the banana peppers they use. I ordered the Steak Philly Cheesesteak. It came with USDA choice steak, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and pickles. I added the banana peppers to mine and I am glad I did! I made it a combo with regular fries. They do have the option of a higher end combo that comes with a side a fries topped with melted cheese and bacon! The combo also comes with a fountain drink. There are three different sizes for the sandwiches (small, regular and large). I chose the regular. I can usually eat a lot of food, and the regular filled me up. The fries were also a good portion. July 2023: I was out late with the family, and we were hungry but tired of the same ole fast food deal. We had seen Charley's and decided to give them a shot. Usually, we eat at Charley's in a mall, but never in a in a free standing restaurant. We ordered 1 steak sandwich, 1 California chicken sandwich, 1 order of boneless wings with barbecue sauce on the side, and 2 orders of fries.

PROS: Good tasting food on par with Charley's brand. They are open late until midnight, and people know it. The drive thru was very busy...so busy that I opted to go inside and order. They have a lot of staff on-site working to prepare orders. They were not as fast as I would've wanted, but then again, they were extremely busy at that time of night.

CONS: I ordered boneless wings with sauce on the side. However, my order came with sauce all over them. My daughter doesn't like excessive amounts of sauce, so I ended up swapping meals with her.
