Horrible. Quite possibly the worst fast food drive thru experience for me ever. Placed an Uber Eats order for pick-up. Got an alert that it was ready. Showed up 10 minutes later(around 10:15) finally got to the order menu at 10:30. Line was long and it was moving slow. Told them my name and I had a pick-up order for Uber. She said okay, and to pull around. 15 minutes later(at 10:45), after a half an hour waiting in line, I finally got to the window. Told her I had the Uber order. She walked away, came back and told me they didn't have it(the chicken sandwich) and to cancel my order. I told her I had other items and to just replace the chicken with something else. She said she couldn't, I was completely baffled. It's their responsibility to fill the order. I asked why I would be the one to cancel my order and not them, and that, instead, let me just place a completely different order since I was already there. She said no and I couldn't without going back in line. Huh? Mind you, there was a longer line than when I first arrived. It looked like at least another 45 minute wait. She didn't even try to right the situation. I started getting a bit heated, so I just pulled off. Further down the road, I went to cancel the order, having in mind there would be a cancellation fee. However, I would be charged the full amount! No food! And they want to charge for the full order? I haven't cancelled yet, and I've submitted my issue to Uber through the app waiting for their response. I don't eat fast food much to begin with. This was a reminder why I don't. Read moreI’ve been to this Burger King before, but this is the first time I’ve had an issue with the service and a staff member. I ordered 2 whoppers, 2 fries 1 fish sandwich and 1 strawberry milk shake. I paid almost $30 for two people and if someone asks for a fry and doesn’t specify what size it should be automatically a small not a large but wasn’t really the issue. While I pulled off I noticed the milkshake wasn’t in the bag, though I stated it verbally and it was on the receipt. I drove back around in the drive though and stated what I was missing a man who Im assuming was the manager (wearing all black pretty sure) had a bad attitude and said something like “why come you didn’t check” “it’s not my responsibility to it’s whoever is bagging the food or taking the order and when paying without having to hold up the line or go back again). I didn’t saying anything in reply. Asked the lady who I saw can she please separate the bags (my dads request) the man told her I’m pretty sure to “put the fries in one and the sandwiches in another they can do it themselves” ) should have just said we can’t do that or unfortunately we can’t do it”. Read moreToday I spent 20.00 at burger on Lee rd and Harvard in Cleveland Ohio and my food was horrible I am completely unsatisfied my bacon on one whopper was burnt and the other under cooked very close to raw they had an attitude cause I wanted to add a extra sandwich when there wer no other cars in the driveway my food looked nothing as pictured and was very sloppy they gave no napkins no ketchup for all the food ordered i had to go back in the stormy rain cause they forgot my Milk shake the lady asked what flavor but never rang it in so I had to go back in the storm I complained to Mgt but he says he can replace the whopper but I want nothing from this location specially under cooked pork can make u really sick I'm still unsatisfied this location is to the point it needs to be shut down and staff completely re trained my food was so horrible my family did not eat it and wasted money to go else where I'm so tired Of waisting money when I randomly visit this horrible location this is not the only time this has happened at the location it's time for change ur losing so many customers and money from there lack of customer service and food...
