1/17/21 new review. COLD FOOD, EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING MASKS and or NOT WEARING MASKS PROPERLY. If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order for Curbside pick up. After 5-7 mins I went into store. Defeating the purpose of the convenience of curbside pick up. After waiting about 2 more mins before I was even greeted,I gave the lady my name and she said it wasnt ready. So I waited and waited and waited some more. Another gentleman came in and he waited about 5 mins before he was even greeted. We both waited some more, soon after waiting a total of about 20ish mins I got loud and asked if my order was ready and how much longer the wait would be. I then asked if the order on the shelf was my order the lady responded those are delivery orders. Then she asked what my order was and in fact it was my order. She gives me my order and walked away. I said excuse can you offer me something for having waited over 20 mins. She gave me a dessert that had been sitting on the shelf and sent me on my way. This was absolutely infuriating. On another note. The manager was wearing a mask this time but not correctly. Her nose was hanging out. There was an employee making pizzas talking and not wearing a mask at all. There was a guy in back not wearing a mask. And employee that walked in and started working who wasnt wearing their mask correctly *nose hanging out. Annnnnnd then at some point an employee showed up in the back of the store carrying a small child who was not wearing a mask and the woman carrying her was incorrectly wearing her mask. as she got passed the front counter she pulled her mask all the wat down to talk to the delivery person who was Also not wearing a mask. This will most likely be the last time I frequent this location. I would honestly like to speak to the owner because this is just unacceptable.

Upon completing an order online with Marcos the system indicates that I will receive an Email confirmation, but never have, so I guess I have to just assume that Marcos received my order and is processing my order.........maybe they dont send it because it's the only reference for the time I placed my order to compare with how long it takes to receive my purchase, since they always have outrageous delivery times. Ok. I placed an order for delivery at 7:24 p.m. It is now 9:03 p.m. Upon check out the delivery time was 1 hour Still no pizza or e-mail confirmation..:'( -9:15 p.m i call store for info,, and inform he that an hour and forty five minutes has lapsed, so the employee asks for my name and then declares that she doesn't see my name on the delivery board, and can only guess that it is on its way to me, and I inform her that I placed it online, and have not received email confirmation, (as I never do even though my email address has been registered and confirmed upon creating my account) and that her taking a guess as to why I haven't received my order is unacceptable, so she finally verified that my order was received and should be on its way, without an apology or explanation. 9:23 p.m. My pizza arrives (luke warm) 1hr 58 min delivery time No confirmation of order No professional assistance with store clerk. I was charged $3.00, and still tiped $1.50, as I once delivered pizza for a living, and know tips are necessary in order to afford working there, which is a shame. Last night I tried to place an order and the promised time online said it'd be 30 minutes so when an hour passed I called to see if everything is okay. The lady picked up the phone and sounded very annoyed, I could hardly understand what she was saying. She hung up before I got to even finish my sentence. Another 30 minutes go by, I call to inquire if it's out for delivery yet, I have a family waiting to eat. She starts yelling at me over the phone saying it's only been 12 minutes (It hasn't) yelling at me and telling me "You dont understand!" and getting a very nasty attitude. Talking upside down, hard to hear. Threatening to cancel my order, I tell her kindly, never raising my voice in return to please leave my order as is. She hangs up and cancels it. I have no clue why they have a woman who lacks the ability to exert control over her own emotional state working as assistant manager. Clearly the most she should be doing is making pizzas, and even then I wouldn't trust her. After reading some other reviews, such as the "lady slamming the phone on the counter" review, I wouldn't be surprised if they spoke to the same lady who shouldn't be in the position of speaking, handling or working through difficult situations.
