King Fong Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Cleveland

I’ve never been disgusted not only was the lady taking my order rude and skulllan she glared at my kids also the food was horrible it tasted so bad I threw up I got the sweet and sour chicken it was breaded which was a little strange to me but I still ate it because I was starving it came with a separate small Tupperware of the sauce so I poured it in. It tasted horrible. It did not taste like sweet-and-sour sauce at all. It tasted more like Fanta…. also, when I got in the car and opened The Tupperware they did not let the steam out, so the steam literally burned me you might be wondering well that’s probably because you open it after 1015 minutes but I literally opened it two minutes after they handed it to me. This is very unprofessional coming from somebody who waiters at restaurant themselves. Whenever we package, we always make sure to let the steam out so it doesn’t hurt or burn anybody. 8 long years I've ordered from king Fong. multiple times a week. First name basis with multiple of the drivers. After tonight, that's over with. The woman on the phone took my order of chicken and broccoli down as "steamed broccoli". when I called to say that my order was incorrect she insisted that WE said the wrong thing?! Believe me lady it's not what I asked for. after ADAMANTLY trying to blame me for her mistake, she followed herself up by saying "well what do you want? do you just want to eat that for dinner or what? its going to have to wait for my driver to get back to get you chicken broccoli if you really want that.". wow. MIND YOU she never read the order back after taking it, nor did she factor in that I have been a problem free costumer for YEARS. Ive stood by them through many small mistakes with no issue, but to be treated with such disrespect over a mistake THEY made leaves me feeling like this is a business that doesn't deserve my money. Don't know if we came on an off day but looking at the more recent one star reviews maybe not. I'm passing through on a road trip and chose this place because of the 4 star overall rating and it was open until 10.. I thought score! I was wrong . I have never had combination fried rice so bland before. Tasted like a frozen meal from the grocery store.
