So I went through the drive through and ordered a 3pc SPICY Meal. This is how it went. I asked for Pepsi and was informed that they have Coke products. So I asked for a Dr Pepper and was told they didn't have Dr Pepper. Problems all ready. So after getting up to the drive through window and waiting for 10 minutes waiting for human contact ,I finally got what I thought was my food. I started to pull away and realized that I didn't get my beverage that was settled on .I knocked on the window and received a attitude and my drink .I started to pull away looking down realized that there was no way that a three piece Meal with mashed potatoes would fit in the very light paper bag I was provided for my order fulfillment. Low and behold wrong order. So I went in ,understandably upset ,to resolve the issue. When I got to the counter I was immediately greeted with a attitude and asked for my reciept,less than a minute from pulling away from the drive through. I went out to my car to find that the drive through attendant did not provide me with one.I go back in to the manager suggesting that I was the problem and needed to lose my attitude. This now set me off and words were exchanged. I took my sandwich home thinking I would concede.After trying to consume a sandwich that I did not want and paying 11.94 for a chicken sandwich, I went back to confront the situation again. This time willing to involve the police. When I pulled up the drive through guy was standing on the sidewalk and all ready to do " battle " I was also ready because frankly I was out 12$ and hungry, and tired of the attitude. I then returned the food via air mail.......meaning I threw it on the sidewalk. The drive through guy then charged my car hand threatened to punch me through the window multiple times,before a fellow associate came and broke it up.I am now in fear that people at this location have my license plate and are going to retaliate. All that needed to happen is them to rectify the mistake and lose there combined attitude problem. I gave them a attitude back and was threatened with physical violence ,for all the residents shopping nearby to see,while shopping nearby. I tried to make it as easy and simple as possible. I ordered ahead on the Popeyes app. I only ordered coleslaw and 4 strawberry biscuits.
They were two cars in line (so I knew it would be awhile). After a couple minute I turned around and parked to go in. It was 5:20pm and the dinning room was closed though the sign said 8pm. I got back in line since I paid already.
By the time I finally made it to the speaker they never acknowledged me. After a little bit I said hello.l with a response they will be with me. When they came back they stated they do not have my order. I said I have it on the app and a confirmation email and would pull to the window to show them.
When I made it to the window she said she found my order and they didn’t have it and told me to cancel my order. I told her it doesn’t give me an option and asked how. She didn’t know. The manager told her to tell me to pull up. I asked if someone was going to come out and help me right away. She didn’t know. I told her that I did not want to pull up since I’ve been in line for over 40 minutes and wanted to get this resolved.
Eventually the manager came came and told me to cancel it. I reexplained everything again and showed her the phone. She said you have to do it through which ever food app you ordered from. They don’t have it. I told her I did through their app and it allowed me. I asked her how to cancel the order and she didn’t know how. I confirmed if she was a manager, she was. No one else knew apparently how to do either. She closed the window and walked away and did not come back while I sat there trying to figure out how to get my money back.
The restaurant is full of people who don’t care and is a waste of space. They need to close down and open...

To begin with SO DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE I saw a teenager there to pick up a DoorDash order and he is accused of stealing DoorDash orders ?? What’s your problem??. Very polite young man, the woman was just being loud and rude to him NO REASON AT ALL and he was just complying with the order confirmation which she was now, now confirm the order now, HE DIDN’T steal anything from you! He had his order confirmed! Then you say you people??? Why cause he WAS Hispanic??? Or he does DoorDash? This lousy employees need to be replaced with educated workers! That was no way to treat the young man You don’t even wear gloves and that floor and counters are SO DIRTY!! Oh and if you are hungry and placed your order make sure you snack on something before getting there, cause the wait will be long! Did I say long?? And they act like they don’t care you are there, you are waiting, or that your order was placed 30 minutes ago! Please make sure you check your order before leaving since they put whatever they want, lack of attention to your food! I’ve been there 2 times and those 2 times I waited at least 35 minutes and got home and wasn’t even what I’ve ordered! Then you ask for your order status and they act and speak to you like you asking for free food! They are just joking around and not giving a crap about customer service, cleaning up the place , food quality or respecting customers time, money and orders!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
