It's a gas station McDonald's so my expectation isn't high. But I'm a pregnant woman who was craving a Mcgriddle, I paid for a Mcgriddle, yet I did not get a Mcgriddle. My food was incorrect in the bag. Which fine whatever. I should expect that. But the lady at the 2nd window, which by the way she was dressed looked to be a manager, asked me if I paid at the first window. I sais no. She asked why. I said "oh the girl at the window didn't-" and then the lady cut me off and said "oh you didn't see her? She was there, the window is dark so you probably didn't see her" and confused, because thats NOT what I was going to say, I gave her the money I had ready because of course i had EVERY intention in paying for my food....mind you I didn't even get the correct food. When she came back I asked for a straw and then tried to correct her by saying "ma'am, its not that I didn't see the girl at the window, its that she was paying attention and was just on her phone and never looked up to me". The issue is.....I couldn't even FINISH my sentence and the lady, or manager, said "OKAY MA'AM HAVE A GOOD DAY" And slammed the window shut. I barely got halfway thru my sentence. And I wasn't even being a "karen" i was just letting the MANAGER know that i had every intent to pay uts that HER EMPLOYEE was literally ignoring every car! And for you to ask me "why i didn't pay" and im giving you a reason, dont slam the window shut on me! I understand the drive thru needed to keep going, but if i didn't have to be at work I would've parked stepped out of my car and spoken face to facw to this woman. Ive been a restaurant manager, i have worked in the Restaurant industry for many years. I am not trying to be rude! I was simply trying to inform. So incredibly rude and for what?! Have some dignity!! It doesn't matter if this is a McDonald's inside a gas station, you treat customers with respect and you should have some dignity about your job position! If it pays for your bills then maybe respect your work place more and your job. Don't be cutting customers off. Just so rude. I am just a pregnant woman that was craving a Mcgriddle and instead was given attitude and an incorrect...
Read moreWell for the most part the food is always hot unless your order gets to be on the bigger size but that's understandable I really only have one problem with this location and it seems to happen every time and it never really gets resolved to where I'm happy with the minor problem okay it seems like they can never get my order correct and or won't do what it takes to modify or correct my order enough that makes me happy and mind you I only want my order done correctly now I usually order for me,my girlfriend,my cousin, and his girlfriend and I have to walk to get the food and it's kinda far on foot so everyone walking just don't happen alit so you can understand I'm not going to pick thru everyone's food so I don't usually find out the order is wrong until I make it back to where we live so mcdonald's only wants to replace the items I bring back and not the whole order but we're hungry so we eat some of our order and by the time I make it back up there then home again some of the food is cold and some hot with melted ice cream and watered down drink's now I would use a different location but like I said I'm walking so I'm limited to where I go and we all love mcdonald's I don't know if it's just me and our order but this happens just about everytime so what do I do deal with the issue because I enjoy mcdonald's or do I suffer and eat somewhere else I don't know I just wish we could get a complete and flawless order because it's our favorite place to eat but other then that I'm completely...
Read moreOk friends, I have seen some bad publicity about Mcdonalds doing things that people do not agree with. This time let's give them a pat on the back. Those that know me, knows that after I retired from the police dept I started transporting cars and motorcycles. While traveling from state to state I eat out a lot. Today I ate at McDonald's in Cleveland TN store #36224. I met a young man there that really inspired me. I just wanted to take time to share this. His name is Justin. Justin works four hours a day cleaning tables and trays for Mcdonalds. Now if anyone could use an excuse NOT to work this young man could. But instead here he is. A big thumbs up to Bethany Holt the manager for employing him. Thank you Mcdonalds Cleveland TN for your hospitality. I am proud to say, I feel like I met a super star today. (Justin) And for those out there that are able to work and are just too lazy.....or just looking for a hand out, shame on you. YOU ARE...
