Ming Moon — Restaurant in Cleveland

I have been ordering from this restaurant, for take out, since they opened. Today I ordered food for guest I was having. The order was the worst I have every had from them. First they did not get the order correct, and I had to wait for some one who spoke better English to call me back and address my concerns. I ordered a small Chicken Fried rice, a large shrimp fried rice and a luncheon size shrimp size Egg Foo Young. I did not have a menu in front of me at the time of the order. The person who took the order gave me a luncheon size shrimp fried rice, which she placed under the egg foo young....And I could not find the chicken fried rice (at first), I thought the little rice container was white rice and I never looked in it. I was looking for a specific different kind of container for the chicken fried rice. So I never found what they where trying to tell me. The finally sent out a small chicken fried rice. I never got my large Shrimp Fried rice....just the small one. They were very rude and argumentative. The mother was screaming so loud that I could not understand what the daughter was saying. The food tasted horrible. It was greasy and tasteless. I will never buy from...

While I will say the food here is among the best and I loved eating here when I lived in the area, I have to give it a very negative review now that I live some distance and get my food delivered. The 1st time I ordered delivery the there were two different rice ordered yet only 1 kind of rice delivered. The 2nd time just now i kept the order simple for concerns of missunderstandings. The order was right woth exception of onions in the rice when i specifically ordered without. Giving my food allergy i am un able to eat or enjoy this meal. EDIT: As I have stated before the food here is the best I have tasted in Cleveland so far. I have continued to come here and wanted to wait a bit to see if my experience would get better. I am very happy to say that it has. The lady that takes the orders ask to make certain that the order is correct and have to say o have been ordering for some months now and have had no more issues with my orders. I usually go elsewhere but my normal place was closed for the evening. I decided to go here doing a Google search and boy did I waste my money the only thing I was able to eat was the one egg roll. House fried rice was disgusting smell rancid my boyfriend had the shrimp fried rice don't know how good they're smooth or tasted to him but my stomach is not having a good time.
