Nunzio's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Cleveland

My family and I have been ordering from nunzios since 1990 when they opened. Recently I am appalled at the service. I have never called in and complained except when delivery time was over 2 hours and called to find out what the deal was. This week beat all I have ever seen though. When I grabbed my pizza from the porch brought it in let the dog out ect. When I opened the box one of the corner pieces of my half sheet pizza was missing. I called the store waited for the female employee to find her manager for about 6 minutes. Manager got on the phone refused to give her name. I explained what was going on and couldn't believe it since I have had this delivery driver many times before. Manager explained oh driver just walked in let me ask. I had to sit there and listen to a driver say I must just be looking gor free stuff along with a few choice words zi got to hear. The Manager allowed this to go on for a few minutes. I then let her know, you know I can hear everything you all are saying I am still on the phone. Then I was told the owner would call me the next day. Two days later I have yet to receive no phone call, apologies or compensation for what happened with my food. As you can see by the picture this was pretty deliberately done.

I just wanted to reach out to somebody at nunzio's because I was very disappointing this past week when trying to place an order for delivery on Emery between Belaire and W.130th. I called the Lorain Ave store the lady that answered the phone told me they did not deliver to us that I needed to call the Pearl Rd store. I called Pearl rd and tried to place an order they told me to call back to the Lorain Ave store because they did in fact deliver to us. Which my sister in law (who has been living on Emery for more than 3 years)confirmed for me before we even decided on Nunzio's. I am a long time W. 25th and Clark area resident who ordered Nunzios regularly and have recently moved out of state. SO when i came for a visit to Cleveland I wanted Nunzio's Pizza and wings. I called Lorain Ave a second time and again I was told they do not deliver to Emery. After being shifted around with no one wanting to take my order I had my sister in law call and they gladly took her order AND delivered. I will NOT be returning to Nunzio's when I return to Cleveland and I will also write a review on Google explaining my dissatisfaction in how I was treated by the Lorain Ave store employees. Unbelievable what you deal with at this establishment. The food itself fantastic the customer service absolutely disgusting. Will who seems to be crew member took it upon himself to tell me to listen to him as I tried to explain to him that the order they original messed up didn’t need to be sent out as it has been nearly two hours since I received the pizza which was correct ( wings wrong ). I was placed on the phone with a Dee who would not credit me for my order again due to the fact that the order is already 2 hours old per Dee ( manager) it was only an hour and fourty minutes. Yet again I said that was fine I still do not want the wings my pizza is cold the cheese is hard just credit this as I will no longer wait she told me that I will not tell her how to do her job and hung up on me. The drivers themselves did a great job the bbq wing went in the trash and the cold pizza was ok could have been a lot better.
