I drove thru ordered classic chicken sandwich combo with cajón rice side and when I got home and started eating with cajón rice together and I thought that something was really hot but I really didn’t care and proceeded eating cuz I was hungry but the more I ate the more it got spicier to the point I couldn’t eat anymore so I thought something was wrong and I finally realized that the sandwich was spicy chicken. I called Popeyes and explained then the staff told me to bring what’s left over and receipt so I went back there. When I got back there, the staff told me she couldn’t replace it telling me that I ate most of it but that’s how much I ate and on the phone she told me it doesn’t matter how much I ate, just bring back what’s left over. My point is, first of all, they gave me a wrong order and I had to go back there was a waste of my time and gas. Second of all, they told me she couldn’t replace it although they gave me a wrong order. Third of all, what an unprofessional customer service and they didn’t think they did something wrong when they gave an wrong order and yell at the customers just like I’m nobody. What an awful experience I had. They gave me a replacement in the end cuz I was complaining due to the all above reasons but they treat customers like a piece of junk, they don’t wanna admit their mistake, on top of that, they even refuse to give a replacement when they make a mistake and they wanna argue with a customer, horrible place I ever went for first food restaurant!!!! So be careful when u order at this place u need to check before leaving cuz once they make a mistake they won’t give u a replacement telling all kinds of excuses and they won’t even apologize to you, they are so rude, so unprofessional business right there. The shrimp should've been spicy, but when I mentioned it, she kept switching from "I'm not sure if we have spicy" to "We don't have spicy shrimp" They were to lazy to listen to my order to get it right in the first place, then too lazy to correct it when bringing it to her attention. Naturally, after waiting 45 minutes for food, it was cold when When I got it. Strangely, it looked very dark as if to be twice-fried also. I decided to go with mild, but when I got home the chicken was old and cold the beans and rice were cold. No receipt for my order either..... I believe they were selling the old chicken, not ringing it in and pocketing the cash.... Sad day for Popeyes franchise. This is why businesses go out of business.
