Rally's — Restaurant in Cleveland

This is literally the worst Rallys in Cleveland. If you go through the walk through you don't matter. I literally waited 10 minutes for someone to spoke to me. Bottom line is they are slow. They had 5 guys working there and no one even came to the window to say we'll be with you shortly. I asked for a small shake. They had no small lids. I asked for a medium shake for compensation or a refund on the shake. They literally tried to hand me a shake with no lid not once but twice. They still never compensated me, but MAGICALLY they found a lid. I hate this place. A bunch of lazy ass weave wearing, pants sagging, ghetto idiots. It's because of places like this that cause people to think all Black people are lazy, rude, and shiftless. Called corporate and of course the rep sympathized as much as the people at Rallys. During the promotion of the buy any size fry get a Big Buford not only did I not get my sandwich but was told I should have told the cashier I wanted it when I ordered my fries! Now isn't it the JOB of the person taking my order to let me know about the promotion and give me the option to get or decline the sandwich if I chose. 2 days later at the same Rally's during the same promotion I was informed when I wanted to order a large fry to get my free Big Buford..."Oh we're not make those anymore now mind you the sign outside said the last day for the special was Sunday ---today was Friday! That special was too big an order for this Rally's to handle!! Female workers are very rude and unprofessional!! They can promote those awful apple pies though. I don't feel they deserved...

Insanely slow looked like they can only take one order cook that order give the order wait around for a few minutes smoke a cigarette and then take the next person's order is the food really worth waiting that long for? There were people yelling in the drive thru line saying back up so they could leave I myself definitely wouldn't have waited if it was not for the fact I was picking up items up for someone else and after 45 minutes waiting for the food at least 7 cars left without ordering I really hope i never have to come back here!there really should be an option for 0 stars please... its going to be hard to come back from this one 😔 because I really did...
