Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cleveland

This place on Lee Road was not busy for a change The parking lot was very clean but, inside the store the floor was very sticky and was dirty in the seating area that was closed off. The staff was very nice but, only one employee made the business look back by talking on the phone with Her Mother I think on Her blue tooth while trying to accommodate the Customer's in the store trying to place orders. The service was kind of slow,. The only complaint that I have is that You should make the cold drinks last (frozen drinks), especially when preparing a large order like I had. By the time I had received my food for the 2 Door Dash orders that I had the fluid had already started separating frôm the ice By the time I delivered my drinks to both Customer's the liquid was completely separated and settled...

Horrible staff. My daughter had a terrible experience at this stupid Taco Bell where the employees are incompetent, Zero manners. They don't greet or say anything through the speaker . My daughter had to wait 20 minutes in front of the speaker without anyone acknowledging her even after she said " Hello" multiple times. She eventually drove to the window thinking the speaker was out of order and the employee gives her attitude and had audacity to tell her that she had to wait in front of the speaker before coming to the window which my daughter did for freaking 20 minutes and then the lady brings out the wrong order , slams the door at her , doesn't even listen to what my daughter had to say. Horrible customer service. Will never recommend going to this Taco Bell. Extremely poor and incompetent...

Last night i sat in the drive thru from 12am-12:20am with no service from no one meaning no one answered the headset to get the line moving. A worker had came out the store and was talking to someone at the door and another guy in his car that was also in the drive thru noticed and asked the worker were they closed because we've been sitting here for over 15 mins and the line never moved and the worker proceeded to say "No we aint closed we just low staffed." So that means don't answer the headset??????????????? if you weren't gonna be taking orders on the headset because of low staffing and the door is locked then you might as well have closed for the night. That was a complete waste of my time and other...
