The five stars is not for the store. It is for the woman with the beautiful long red braids that was working during lunch rush completely BY HERSELF!!! The poor woman was getting run into the ground. Where is the "manager"??? No stars for that guy, he should not be managing anything, clearly. I may not come in every day, but I come in enough that this woman has served me many times (usually she has at least 1 or 2 helpers) and she has been wonderful every single time. The owner might want to fire the manager and put her in the lead. She seems like a person I would want on my team. At a time that work is EASY to find, but employees are RARE, you may want to consider treating your employees properly...including not throwing them to the wolves alone! Good help is...

I ordered from subway at Lee and Harvard for pickup with Uber. I have before with no issues. This time the place was busy with about 4 people in line, I guess not too busy. I arrived at the time my app with Uber says my order was ready. After 20 minutes I still had no order. The 2 who were working didn't know what they were doing, doing other things besides making sandwiches. So every time I go in here right it's either sorry we're getting ready to close because my shift is over with or they asked me do I want my sandwich toasted and I'll tell em no but somehow they always give me hard-ass bread. I went in there with a 6.99 coupon on any footlong stating "any sub no limitations" I'm pretty sure everyone got it in the mail it's even on the online website.
