If you’re looking for the best crispy chicken in Cleveland, The Crispy Chick is the place to go! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The aroma of freshly fried chicken filled the air, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Our kids ordered the Signature Chicken Sandwich Combo, and they absolutely loved it. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and unbelievably juicy inside. The seasoning was spot-on, and the sandwich had the right balance of crunch and tenderness. The bun was soft and fresh, making it even better.

My wife and I went with the Tenders Meal, and we were beyond impressed. The tenders were large, crispy, and packed with flavor, not greasy or overly breaded like some places. service was very unorganized. i also waited about 15 minutes for my order. the cashier came outside to ask what my order was because he didnt remember after having me parked and waiting for my order. the price of the meal is rather high compared to other places. my signature sandwich combo came with a small drink and fries for $10.50. with all this said, the sandwich was quite possibly one of the best chicken sandwiches i ever had. for that reason its 4 out of 5 stars but could be 5 out of 5 stars if the service becomes more streamlined and organized.

update: went here to try the spicy chicken sandwich this time. its extremely spicy so if you like super spicy chicken sandwiches well this one will put your mouth and intestines on fire. i got a better feel of this place on my second visit and i think it takes longer for them because they make your food when you order it. wait was still about 15 minutes so this is definitely not the place to visit when you are on your lunch break at work. however the quality of the fried chicken here is excellent. its always moist and never dry atleast in the two visits here i experienced. i strongly believe this place makes the best chicken sandwiches in cleveland and i tried a few places so far. the gentleman offered me two chicken tenders with my sandwich combo because of the wait along with a piece of...

I visited your restaurant and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, which the menu clearly states is made with a chicken breast. I specifically chose this item because it was the only sandwich that mentioned it was made with chicken breast. However, when I received my order, I noticed it was made with chicken strips instead.

Seeking clarification, I approached the manager and employees about this discrepancy. I was taken aback by their response, as they informed me, "we haven't sold chicken breast in 5 years," and proceeded to mock me by asking, "you haven't been here in five years?" This interaction was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful.

I was particularly disappointed because I had planned to bring a friend to try your restaurant, and this experience has made me reconsider. Accurate menu descriptions are crucial, and respectful customer service is essential.
