Today February 21, 2024. I forgot my wallet at home I had to take my children to school And right after I desperately needed gas, I had $10 in change from doing laundry I went in to pay for my $10 worth of gas in quarters and the cashier tells me they don’t accept loose change they have to be rolled up. so I proceeded to tell her I’m on E, and I desperately need gas. She tells me it’s the owners rules…..! mind you, it’s still a little early there’s no customers in the store. I believe she didn’t want to count the change. I’ve been in Cleveland, Ohio 35 years and I have never encountered a gas station in the ghetto not accepting any form of Currency payments, because that’s the point in making money you accept the US currency! I can see if someone had $100 bill and they place it on the window saying we don’t accept $100 bills but when you tell me I can’t pay $10 in change that’s a problem! so to the cashier I was SOL….she didn’t care if I was on E! and desperately needed the gas. She wasn’t about to count $10 in quarters and she had gloves on. I had other problems along time ago with the cook that worked here. He got smart with me thinking he could talk to me any type of way! If i could give 0 stars i would I just tried to order a gyro salad with extra stuff on it and the owner or whoever was cooking literally said he wasn't making it. How are you a restaurant and don't wanna cook?? He was talking to me crazy whining about not making his profit…now you’re not making any profit because you told me your not making my order. It doesn’t matter if a customer asked for the kitchen sink if you are a restaurant you have to make it. They charged me extra for the stuff which was fine but then they called me back and said “im asking for too much and to call uber eats” then hung up on me. I bought some doughnuts and my kid was eating them then I find out he said there's something on them and there was MOLD on the doughnuts! We called and they only cared about giving us another pack like I want another pack. I would NOT recommend anyone to this place because why would they have MOLDY doughnuts and not care to check the others?!?! Let's hope I don't have to rush my 6 year old to the hospital now.
