I worked at this location for a few months. They only care about hiring as many people to fill positions without being properly trained. The turn over rate is crazy and they lose employees very regularly. I would not recommend applying to this location, I have went to management about several issues that was occurring while I was employed with them and they didnât seem to care about fixing those issues due to them leaving soon anyway. The job is easy and pay was okay but after some thinking i decided to seek employment elsewhere. Many of the employees are good people and are just their to work hard and get the job done, while others stayed in the back constantly on their phones, which left us main closers to do all the work and still have the store closed by a certain time. Which was a pretty impossible job on busy days. Also scheduling, they are very flexible with working around you on needing days off which is great but terrible at scheduling for the actual work week. We would be scheduled 3 people on slow days which was pointless because everything would be done so fast there would be nothing to do but clean the walls. Then they schedule 2 people on the busiest days of the week to where we couldnât keep up with the tasks that needed to be done to keep up with the flow of constant customers. I have went to management about so many issues that could easily be fixed or worked around if they put time into making sure they where hiring the right people for the job. Everyone working night shift was never trained properly, many have came to me who has worked their longer than me, asking me questions because I was trained a little more then what they got. I enjoyed my time working for this place and meeting all the really cool customers and regulars as well as the many co-workers I have befriended throughout my time their. I wish them the best also go to republic subway for the 6.99$ 2 ft long deal because clever store only does it online and it only works for one sandwich if you can get it to work at all. I suggest not leaving 12 year old girls that are too focused on their phones then tending to customers to watch the restaurant every night. I was the only customer in the store today and I waited 15 minutes for them to finish my sandwich because 1 girl was separating cheese for a salad the entire time and the other was in the other phone calling someone on her cell phone.
