The service was ATROCIOUS. We were one of THREE tables in the place for the lone server there. After taking our drink order, it took over FIVE MINUTES to get our drinks. And she forgot one person's drink entirely, and forgot to take the same person's meal order too. This happened all night. She would disappear for unreasonably long stretches, for no logical reason. My father-in-law and I had identical dishes (minus the kind of rice). She told us they were both out and ready ... he brought my FIL's, but mine came a full five minutes later. It took her FIFTEEN MINUTES to split our check. We even helped her identify what dishes were whose, and she still seemed stumped, like we'd presented her with the Theory Of Relativity.

And then there's the food. When mediocre is the best you can do, you have serious problems. So many of the dishes look identical, even the waitress got confused when she was passing out plates, putting one person's dish in front of someone else because of the similar ingredients. Dishes marked spicy have as much kick as table pepper. My dish - szechuan beef - was composed of 90% vegetables and 10% beef. When I pay for a MEAT-BASED DISH, I expect a MEAT-BASED DISH, not a salad with tiny scraps of meat sprinkled in.

This is as bad as it gets. You will not find a staff more incompetent or food more mediocre. PF CHANG'S is more authentic. Save your time, your money and your tongue and stay away...

Called In a sesame chicken dinner with chicken fried rice without onions and a extra side of sesame sauce. They told me 10-15 minutes. Drove from home from 8 mile gratiot area to pick up my dinner. Got there and told the lady the name on my order and then paid my money and left. So I get a mile away on Harper and 15 mile after I thought about it cause I only ordered one dinner and she charged me over $15 so I called to make sure I picked up the right order and was left on hold until I got to 12 mile and they hung the phone up on me. So I called back and she tells me she gave me the wrong order and that I could bring it back to get my order. So I turned all the way around from 12 and Gratiot to take the food back that was given to me witch took almost 30 minutes so when I get back to return the order that was picked up the lady tries to give me the sesame chicken order that was sitting on the counter for almost 45 minutes and wanted me to pay for the cold food. I Told Her to just give me my money back and left. Worst Place Ever! They have a Chinese lady at the door register that can't barely speak English and Another lady who doesn't speak English answering the phone! I don't like to give negative reviews, however this time I must. Everything started good, then I got my hot tea, I have never had ordinary lipton tea at a Chinese restaurant. So I asked if it had caffeine in it. I never got a straight answer from Waiter A. Also I had knocked over my water glass. Waiter A came back to bring my order, did nothing else, never answered my question. I finally flag down Waiter B (seem to be in charge). Waiter B finally answered my caffeine question, but never offered to replace my water or clean up the spill. Then I NEVER saw them again. (Only one other table of customers). It turns out that both Waiter A&B where in the back of the restaurant playing with their kids. When I got up to leave Waiter A came up to the counter, but could not take my cash, had to get Waiter B who said I had been under charged by .20/.30 ??#$. By the way the food was good. I felt like I was on one of those practical joke tv programs....
