Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Clinton Township

We placed an order for a jet10 pizza earlier today. When I arrived home, it was simply a cheese pizza without the addition toppings. I immediately called to have it corrected. The male manager was kind and offered to remake the right pizza. When I went to pick it up, a woman manager told me (2 hours later by the way) that I must bring the old pizza back in (after it had been fed to dogs and thrown into the trash). She said it didn't matter, I still had to bring it in. I reviewed health code laws, and as someone who worked in the service industry for 10 years myself, I immediately knew this was a health code violation. After explaining this to her. she yelled and hung up on me and proceeded to ignore my next two calls. I called from a different number and she answered and said I could come get the pizza. After messing up our original order, being told it'd be handled, and then being treated like trash will be the reason I will NEVER support this jets location again. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I feel that it is necessary to warn others of the experience I had. I have been to other Jet's Pizza locations and I have had pretty good experiences but this location was terrible. When I first called in to place my order, the girl on the phone was polite and patient... This is the only positive thing I have to say about this business. The top two priorities for ANY restaurant should be customer service and FOOD SAFETY. When I walked in to the store I immediately noticed the employee touching his nose and touching his facial hair then continuing on to handle the food without washing or putting gloves on... Disgusting. He then jumped on to the register and rang out the customer in front of me where he handled some cash and WENT RIGHT BACK TO HANDLING FOOD!!! I didn't say anything, I payed for my pizza and left. When I got back to work I threw the pizza away and ordered from a different place right...

Lately the pizza at this location has changed. Typically we use the Warren location but this was near family. We ordered a LG square, cheese and bold pepperoni ,turbo crust. Our crust appeared to be only butter flavored. There were maybe 1.5-two pieces of pepperoni per slice with a couple few having only a sliver from the cut. We looked at the pizza from last week from another location and you would never think this pizza was a jet’s pizza. Plus, where is the cheese! I eat keto and this is usually my very enjoyable dietary cheat;)! I beef up my slice with toppings from a few other pieces. I could only get cheese that was located around the edges.
