Arby's — Restaurant in Clinton

I wish I had read the reviews before stopping at this location. Passing through, empty parking lot and drive thru, so decided to grab a bite to eat. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch plain with a side of ranch. The young lady says let her check to see if they have ranch. That should have been my sign to just leave, but I continued to order. Added two sliders, fries, and a drink. Got my total and drove around. Gave my card, paid, then gets told that there is a five minute wait on chicken.I tell the young lady that it would have been nice to say that before I order or at least pay. So I wait, she asks if I could pull up to a parking spot, I ask could I stay where I'm at and if another car pulls up, I will. She states that is fine. 30 seconds later, what looks like the cook comes and states I have to pull up because that effects their drive thru time. I state that it would be accurate because I'm waiting. At that point I just ask for a refund. Poor...

Typically only write positive reviews, but I must insist on sharing how disappointed I was at this Arby's.

My wife and I both ordered a #1 -medium- (Classic beef and cheddar) with curly fries and the Blueberry Lemonade they are currently advertising. The food was sub par, and the fries were almost room temperature, and seemed to barely pass as a medium if we combined both of our fries together! We checked the bag to see if this was a mistake as the fries must have spilled! This was not the case. We then double checked our receipt to see if we were billed for smalls... Also not the case.

The most disappointing part was the "medium" drinks! They gave us two 10oz cups that were a little more than half filled with ice! They literally seemed like children's cups.

DO NOT recommend...

Twice at this location traveling through and sane results.

Several months ago I stopped at this location while traveling through the area. It was about 15 minutes to closing time. Sat at the speaker box for at least two or three minutes before someone finally said they'd get to me, and never did. I left without ordering.

On Friday night 7/30/21 I decided on Arby's again driving through the area. Pulled up, one car in front on me, and heard on the speaker box, "We're out of roast beef". I pulled out and left.

I don't know who owns this store or franchise, and I know during these Covid times things are tough in us all. But this is just poor. I'll not give them a third...
