COVID IS REAL! I'm disappointed for a lack of better words. I visit this CLINTON location often. After today, sanitary protocal concerns have me questioning whether or not I will eat here again! I sat in my car and witnessed the person in front of me receive my order... after a few maybe 15 to 20 seconds later the woman handed the order back to the window employee.. as I was next in line to arrive at the window, THE EMPLOYEES HANDED ME THE SAME ORDER BAGS, DRINKS AND ALL! With COVID on the rise that order should have been discarded once the women went through my food only to realize it WASNT HER'S!! Not only was my food contaminated by this point but the lack of common sense was despicable. I'm a Healthcare WORKER and IT'S IMPERATIVE to NOT TO MAKE decisions like these ESPECIALLY DURING THIS TIME PERIOD. I asked could they at least give me different bags and after eye rolls from the staff I given new bags SAME FOOD!! I threw over 30 dollars worth of food AWAY!! This is simply because sometimes everyone has a bad day. On the other hand, there is no explanation for this location to have a bad day every time I go there. This time I asked for not so small pieces as I previously had. Well sadly these chicken strips were the smallest, very dried, cold, and pretty old. Made it home ate some of my food and the chicken sandwich was not fresh later felt sick being that was the only thing I ate all day through the rest of the food away was not going to drive all the way back. Spoke with the manager Jason he gave me Tanya because he didnāt know how to handle the situation. Tanya wanted to diagnose me with the flu virus and state she is not responsible for the situation also she couldnāt help me with the situation nor did I receive an apology. Itās not acceptable to give anyone old food plus you make me wait for fresh fries but too lazy to give me a fresh chicken sandwich.
