Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Clinton

Nope. I can literally not have any mercy for this place. I swear I'm not some Karen and I don't get angry often but this is really disappointing. There were 4 workers, two boys/two girls. They were focusing on the drive-thru more than the people that came in, there was even a group of three who came in and was like yeah no I can't wait any longer and left. I believe the boss or manager was smoking/vaping. One girl who did not seem happy at all is the one who got our order taken. She got things wrong, sizes wrong, one thing she just completely did not include. We were charged for different things that we did not order and the person at the register just said that they were the same thing. They were just being plain lazy. They didn't care about anything. We had a blizzard with peanuts. They said, (after we got it and realized) we don't have peanuts anymore so we put pecans. The person had no regard for dangers that could have led to. Especially since people are ALLERGIC. I know peanut allergies are terrible but pecan allergies aren't good either. When the manager or boss was called over she was being really rude and bratty she said that to get a refund she would need the ice creams back and then she just threw it away. Wasted at least three blizzards. The two boys in the background dumped out a large container of fries, now I don't understand this because I don't know if there's a certain time limit set on them such as some places that time 5 minutes and if the fries are not sold they throw them out. I don’t normally say anything, but after what happened today it is definitely needed. We waited for our food, after finding a hair in my food. I addressed it with front counter person. He said it’s not mine, and showed it to manager. Manager made comment to cook that he needs a hair cut. After respectfully asking for a new burger, the counter help and manager started laughing after I asked if the second burger was fresh(hairless). I understand things happen, but when I went back to my family, my kiddo said she had a hair on her sandwich ,that she just picked it out! Seriously isnt that is why there are hair nets. After we ate and I was boiling, I went to throw our trash out. My kid went to the bathroom to come out and tell me the bathroom door was messed up and door doesn’t lock. She had to put the trash can in front of the door! The trash was so full it was over flowing. So I placed it where I could and then walked outside to the outside trash over flowing, I assume because there is trash on the ground. I have been in food industry my entire life. Clinton Dairy Queen do better! My kids love the ice cream. My oldest was embarrassed to get her cone that we ordered because of how they were laughing about my complaint, we just left. Again do better Clinton...

We stopped to eat at 5 was surprised that there was only 1 other car there. Found that there was a limited menu after 4. No single burgers only double or triple burgers, they did have the chicken sandwiches, no 3 piece chicken strips. The lady at the counter was helpful but the older gentleman was gruff and very unfriendly we should of walked out at that point. We went to the drink area for drinks and the floor horrible sticky and it was that way all the way to our table. The sandwiches were not very tasty at all. Discovered the bathrooms were block. Guess they don't think about the maybe a customer, Especially a Senior citizen or a mother with a baby or you child that might need to use the bathroom. Infact I talked to the other couple there that had 2 young girls she actually had to take one of the little girls outside behind the store. Ugh how said is that. I don't know how long these people have owned or manage this Dairy Queen but we will never stop again and I will be sure and mention it to my family and friends not to stop at Dairy Queen in Clinto Mo as they really...
