Hardee’s — Restaurant in Clinton

This place is terrible. The manager Brenda is unprofessional and rude and only gives excuses when food is wrong which happens often on her shift. Really wonder if she knows her head from the hole she came out of is. She is void of any real customer service. Guess Hardee's is really hard up because they don't know quality of restaurant in oak ridge, tn because they chose this person Brenda to manage. Terrible experience and will never go there again. Been there many times and they can not get an order correct through drive thru. Don't think I've ever experienced this terrible of service since I went to y12 and received their radiation treatment. Brenda as a result of her don't care attitude toward Hardee's and her employees to make sure a quality product is produced which is not her nature. I will never again go to the Hardee's in oak ridge because Brenda the day manager works there. The employees can only offer what there managers offer and when that manager or shift leader offers nothing of quality how can there be quality offered to the public. I usually loathe going to Hardee's. I enjoy the Frisco Burger but never ever choose to go to Hardee's because everyone I have ever been to has had the poorest service. The worst people being the face for the establishment. No matter if I go first shift or second shift. But at this location a gentleman named Charlie was extremely outstandingly, polite, respectful and courteous. My order was made efficiently. I will be going to this location only whenever I do want Hardee's. Your hiring team needs to focus on finding people like Charlie because as I think about it, it's been at least 50 times that I've thought about the deliciousness of the Frisco Burger, but was turned off by the disgusting taste of the people behind the counter. The food is ok, the drinks you can always count on are always flat, and the staff straight up ignore you at the window. I had to hold up the drive-thru to the point of backing them up because our drink was flat. And we tried flagging them down only to get dirty looks and them hiding their face with their bangs(are also hanging outside of her visor and not considered safe by any health department.) and looking at the coupons. The minute they think we've gone they try to hand us the next cars order instead of a three second fix. I totally don't recommend this place anymore and that's sad because this was one of my favorite breakfast stops In Clinton. Fix the problems I'll happily...
