Hardee’s — Restaurant in Clinton

Got breakfast today . it was horrible my entire bottom of my biscuit was way undercooked. Might as well ate it raw. This will be my last $ spent at your restaurant. They havnt been able to make a proper biscuit since the native American lady left that dump for sweat heart bakery😢 5-12-25 up date gave the worthless place another try that was horrible idea never again! 😞 Good thing I Did a item count before I left what good that did they forgot to give usthe hash rounds so had to go back threw the drive threw to get those . Get home to eat the hash rounds were not even cooked all the way so we go to eat the biscuits they even managed to mess that up gave us a bacon instead of sausage and all the biscuits were dough on the inside . People don't care what kind of garbage food they sell you these days no one takes pride in work at this fast food place or any around here for that matter. I was the head lunch cook and maintenance man at the other Hardee s when I was 17 not once did I mess up a order or give some somebody cold food let alone give them (food) that is a step up from dumpster diving garbage like this place. I probably could of found better food in a dumpster don't waist...

Went there this afternoon for lunch. I was the only customer there. I went to river to eat and found 2 mistakes in my order. I went back and the person at the window told me that's not what I ordered, like I'd go out of my way to lie and cause trouble. One of the mistakes I was charged more for, so I told her I wanted the difference refunded. Then she said "let me get your 10 cents" and I told her that it was more than that. This woman needs more training or to be in a job where she isn't in contact with the public. No apology for the mistake or inconvenience, just a snotty attitude. I guess she doesn't realize that customers are the whole reason she has a job. This was about 2:45 today. I dont have exact time since she kept my receipt. Very disappointed with my experience today. I could maybe understand more if they were busy, but I was the only customer.. Hopefully management will do something. Up until today I enjoyed going there and usually went 1 or 2...

I got big toast beef sandwich and the 2.99char double cheeseburger. 1st cold kinda rude for especially delayed customer service invitation at front counter to order, I brought wrong coupon by accident so i used different one i had in wallet to try actually fill my belly under 10$ but of couse still went over but closest food place to me in blizzard. Anyways the Food was really lacking Hardee's signature the roast beef had 1/4 was right thickness Other 3/4 of roast beef was pretty thick which oddly changes the taste drastically surprisingly as former Arby's 3-4yrs experianced previous employee. The char double cheeseburger was kinda crispy around edge of half like it had been sitting a whole and reheated..tried calling but just...
