KFC — Restaurant in Clinton

Well wow... I understand why there is a majority of 1 stars. The customer svc at this location is horrendous. The manager (young black man who states he's in college and "this job means nothing to him") was totally unprofessional, argumentative and should not be working in customer svc. There was a sign in the drive thru indicating a meal included 8pcs of chicken, 2 large mashed potatoes and 1 large coleslaw for $24.99 which is what we asked for. The person in the drive thru stated she could not honor that price and that we were reading the sign wrong. We explained that again what we were reading was on their drive thru menu. Mr. Sassy... excuse the "manager" walks out the back door of the restaurant where the drive thru was located to look at the sign and proceeded to suck his teeth and roll his eyes and stated the signage was wrong and he could not honor the price. We went to the window and asked why that price could not be honored and told Mr. Manager his attitude was not necessary. We do not work at KFC and could not possibly know the sign was incorrect. By this time the manager is throwing out insults and inappropriate to the point where he was slobbering out of his braces. The issue was not the price but the principle and how this "manager" was totally unprofessional. He should not be public...

This combo restaurant is the last place you want to go. The old lady at the window gave us half our food and acted like it was everything we ordered. I always check the bag and we were missing the most expensive part of the meal…the chic tenders. They did not ell us that it would be 15 minutes before we got them as they didn’t have any ready. The chalupas were cold when we finally got everything and my chips in the nacho supreme were soggy. The young gal came to the window when the order taker was ignoring us and says “my bad” and finally told us that they were frying up the tenders, while my food was getting cold. I wouldn’t go there again if I was living on the streets and starving. They don’t care about customer service and need to explain to customers that the food may take longer, so you can decide if you want to wait. They should have waited until the chicken was ready before making the tacos and nachos so we both had hot food. This place needs to shut down or do better. 8 chicken tenders, 2 chalupa supremes and a nachos bell grande...

I'm giving one star because I can't give none. This place is a huge joke. Every time we come its something. This time they had to cook my Smokey bbq tenders, which seemed like a huge problem to them. Full of attitude about it. " why dont you just take legs and we can hive you bbq to put on it" first off why would I want dark meat legs when I wanted tenders?! We said no so next it was, "well my cook is on break" oh well this is yalls job. Then the cook can be heard sayig "man f#$ this, tenders take to d#m long man I'm about to go the f#&$ home" well now since we apparently bothered everyone to do their jobs I'm scared my food is tampered with. This is completely rediculos and I knew better since all of my facebook friends are always complaining of this KFC/taco bell but its what I wanted. This will truly be the last time I come here. The franchise owner really needs to step in and hire all new staff since their is always a problem at...
