Just go up the road to the location in Laurens. This place is a nightmare. Pricier and the kitchen staff serves like condiments come out of their personal paychecks. They made my burrito TRULY terribly and I called to ask politely if there had been a misunderstanding - it was torn in half and exploded in my hand as soon as I opened it because the tortilla was stale. I didn't want to drive back over a $2.50 burrito. Offered to send photos. They made me drive it back. I did and asked for a refund and they refused to give a refund and instead remade the burrito. This endeavor took up 20 minutes of my time. To the MOD's credit - she attempted to make it right by making two of the very bad burrito I had been served to replace the one. Unfortunately, it seems they're just trained differently in this location. Because it was still a bone dry mess, both of them. And the tortillas are still sale. They weren't as bad, because it seems they were made with a little more care for ratio, but there was about a half a teaspoon of guac at the very bottom of one of them and none I could taste in the 2nd. I'm sure it was there, but not noticeably. I only stopped at this location because I was passing through the area and I went to the Laurens store for a quick pick me up on a long journey of a day, I had my doubts about a value menu burrito, but my thinking was how badly can you mess up rice, beans and guac? At the location down the road, the answer was not at all. And it was $2 well spent. I specifically paid extra to have onions added to them because onions should just be on burritos. The replacements did not have onions on them. It is a sad day, I am uploading a photo of the first burrito I got, and the meter of the two replacements. I will say of this burrito that somehow although it is bone dry besides the sauce that I poured on it from the one sauce packet I was giving, the outside rapper is for some reason covered in grease. I'm guessing from the adjacent KFC and leftover chicken or fries or biscuit or whatever attached. I used to work for Taco Bell. It's not rocket science. And I have never in my life heard of refunds not being allowed especially when a receipt and the entire burrito sounds one very terrible bite of nothing but tortilla is...
Read moreWe were made to wait 20 minutes for our food.
We ordered a supreme party pack and were told at the window they were going to charge us $35. When we argued the price we were told they charge extra for chicken. We explained that was not what we had been told or what it was on line. Her answer was that they could give us shredded chicken to get the cost to what we were told it would be of 24.87. Our total order charged was 26.24 after giving us shredded chicken in our supreme tacos.
We sent back our drinks because they were not Mountain Dew. Mgr came out and apologized and said they had the wrong line hooked up. Drinks were still wrong. Had to drive back to change drinks again because the Mountain Dew tasted like it was mixed with lime.
When we went back for the correct drinks the mgr had taken the entire shift crew off the line for a meeting.
Once we got home we realized that our tocos that say supreme on the receipt were not all supremes but several were regular tacos with shredded chicken and the shredded chicken was horrible. It tasted and smelled like it was from three days ago. Even the texture was wrong.
We had asked the mgr for the phone numbers to her corporate office before we left the restaurant the fist time. So it makes since she would call a staff meeting to get the story straight. I was given a drink that was light green and tasted like lime! I have an allergy to aspartame and could tell by the way my throat reacted to the drink that something with aspartame had been added to the drink!!! I was lucky not to have had to use my Epi pen!!! We drove in the direction of the hospital just in case the sublingual benedryl did not work!!! Someone needs to clean the place up, from the nasty floor to the...
Read moreThis was the worst taco bell experience I have ever had. I came here with my family and they either messed up or completely left out several things from everyone's order. When we attempted to get it straightened out, the staff were rude and slow and messed several things up AGAIN. The manager was extremely unprofessional and blatantly rude. As it turns out, this location only serves about half of the items on a normal taco bell menu because it is joined with KFC. This is something the cashier failed to tell us when ringing up our orders and simply typed in the "next best thing." When speaking with the manager about this discrepancy, he was not at all understanding and simply informed us that they do not serve the items we requested and that we had (finally) been given all of the items on our receipt... even though they weren't what we ordered!! After that he was dismissive and standoffish and essentially told us to leave in not so many words. And then to put the cherry on top, the food itself was terrible--I've never had such awful food, and normally I am a HUGE taco bell fan. So to sum it up: orders were incorrect, the staff were rude and lazy, and the food was disgusting. I wish I could...
