Terrible customer service. We stopped there on our way home to Asheville from Florida just to grab a quick burger. When we arrived we went in to order so we could also use the restroom since it was one of our only breaks. After using the restroom we went to order and no once else was there customer wise so we just decided to order inside. Despite having 5 workers there not doing anything they wanted time to use the kiosks even though I thought that was odd I did it. I get it they are good for when they are busy or even drive through is busy so we can order while they are busy serving. Even so I ordered on the kiosks as they all chatted and hung out. After I put my order in it printed my receipt for me. A worker comes over now and asks what I got that they don’t have the ticket back there. I wait to see how long it’ll take. It’s only the 3 5$ meals with burger, nugget, fry and drink and two double cheeseburgers. They finally give it to me rudely and when I noticed I didn’t have the nuggets i mentioned to them and they wanted to fight me on that it didn’t come with nuggets and it clearly does and it had a picture hanging of it. I asked to speak to a manager who the lady replied it’s me I asked for her name it’s Tanya. I ask her why she didn’t know her menu??? She told me they didn’t come with nuggets they clearly do but she wouldn’t give them to me so I asked for a refund then. All the while her and her employees thought it was soooooo funny that I was so upset about it. I just can’t believe getting simple fast food order is such a travesty. Don’t go to this restaurant. I only hope the owner sees this. Really terrible service. The employees were laughing thinking it’s a huge joke, they even had an employee from bojangles that was there hanging out with them the whole time. No working just hanging out on the clock with friends who don’t even work there. So...
Read moreNot happy with my experience. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, which is why I'm giving two stars. Also, its a fast food restaurant, so Im not expecting much. Just here to get my food and get out.
Right off the bat, I noticed that the cashier didn't seem to know what they were doing, which is totally fine. Everyone has to be trained some time, right? The problem was, when she asked for help, her fellow employee wasn't too friendly. Basically just did things for her at the register without a word then walked off.
Once our number was called to pick up the food, as I looked in the bag, I saw that the large fry I ordered was just thrown in upside down.They were also on the borderline of being cold and hard, so they must've been sitting there for a while. My hamburger was barely in the wrapper; one of the sides was open. And when I unwrapped it, it looked like the saddest hamburger I'd ever seen. Completely smushed. The ketchup and onions I ordered for it were pretty much non-existent. Ketchup pretty much just dyed the top of the bun slightly red. They forgot my ice cream cone, which hey. It happens. But when I said "excuse me, I think I had an ice cream cone too." The lady just stared at me for a second, then walked off. No "oh my mistake" or "I'll go get that for you". Just blank stare, then left. I wasn't sure she was even going to make it. She did, however, and handed to me with a monotone "you're welcome" after being thanked.
I usually don't write negative reviews unless I had a distinctly bad experience, which unfortunately this was. I hope management is accepting feedback, for everyone's sakes. Employees didn't want to seem to be there, and...

After placing my order at the call box and confirming, twice, that the crew received my request to cut the Big Mac in half I got to the window and my payment was taken. I was then promptly asked to move up as they were on a drive thru timer. Keep in mind that I’m the only car in line so there should be no reason for me to pull forward other than the employees just wanted to cheat on their drive thru time. I took a moment to put my card and receipt away and before I could pull up I was asked again to move up and reminded that they are on a drive thru timer. I eventually get my food and see it isn’t cut in half so I go back around the drive thru. When I told the crew they seemed to get irritated at my request. When I asked for a refund the crew member told me they don’t do refunds even though it wasn’t posted anywhere. When I told her this she said “there’s signs all over the expletive deleted building. After she examined the exterior of the building and realizing there is no sign stating “no refunds” she calls someone superior to her and uses a few more swear words to describe me, the customer. While there are several other employees asking me to pull up still referencing their drive thru timer. I finally pulled up and came inside where my refund was given to me but if these folks would worry more about the customer rather than their drive thru timer then it would result in better customer service.
