Update: changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star. After seeing the reply on my last review, i thought, well at least they're trying to fix things. We decided to stop by on the way to school. Got there at 7:30. Our order finally got taken at 7:46. We got our food at 8:06...4 minutes before the bell rings for school. I probably should have known better than to stop by when we had some place to be. Our milk shake was melted when we got it. The tots were cold. Our burritos were luke warm. One of the burritos had half a tomato in it, the other didnt have any tomatos but had several bits of lettuce in it. Lettuce is not an ingredient in the breakfast burrito we ordered🙈. However, no one gave us an attitude for simply giving them business so I guess thats good...

I think its a shame that this sonic is one of the only choices we have on this...

Wish more than anything I could leave no stars it doesn’t even deserve the one. Worst place ever!!! Every time I go it takes forever to get food. Tonight I ordered a cheeseburger and tots with ketchup. When I got my order, I only got half tots and two tiny containers with a couple of drops of ketchup in them. What am I supposed to do with that?!?! This place needs to be shut down or start holding your employees accountable instead of allowing it to continue!!!! The one on 80 is way better because they actually do their job!! And the guy who handed me my food just shoved it at me and as polite as I was saying thank you he just stared at me and then walked away. WTH if you can’t do your job or at least try then don’t get one!! I...

December 2022 - Not sure why the franchise owner just doesn't care about this location. Went this weekend and had to try three different spots to find a computer that worked. On the third try they came over and told us that one didnt work either and we needed to change again. We just decided to leave. Haven't tried this location since the service was so bad last year. I see Sonic hasn't stepped in to make things any better since.
