Starbucks — Restaurant in Clinton

Starbucks at hyvee location in Clinton Iowa. The attendant was very rude. We visited the place with my daughter for the first time. We weren't sure what to order. We were glancing at the menu, which we are not familiar with at all. The attendant very rudely told us "if you don't know what you want step aside please, there are people behind you!!!" And to make things worse, they were out of almost everything we wanted. This is the reason why I hate fast food restaurants and now I hate fast coffee shops. I haven't been at the new Starbucks by home depot yet, but...if this lady is there, I won't even bother to get anything. I will just turn around and leave. I am not one to typically write a review, but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an establishment. About a week ago, I ordered a drink for myself and a family member of mine. Both the biggest size. I pull up to a window and the employee gives me a smaller one and the drink that I ordered. I said this is not the drink I ordered, and asked for a new one, and even offered to pay the difference. The individual standing behind the cashier at the window, presumably a manager, said that I would have to take the drink that I did not order and that she was concerned about drive time. If I wanted the drink I ordered, I would have to pay for it again, so they don’t mess up their drive time. As a customer, I do not care about your drive time. I care about getting the...

I came to this store the 4th of July 6am. The attendant as I was telling her my order pretended she didn't understood me. LOUDLY correcting my words as I spoke. She was very disrespectful and rude.
