Come thru drive thru ordered two boneless wings and things meals, and peach tea with both. Had to repeat my order 4 times because person taking order didn’t understand what I wanted and then placed the order incorrectly, when we got to the window we were given drinks which I thought were correct they were not we got regular unsweetened tea, and when I looked at the receipt because we had to pull forward because they couldn’t get the food prepared quickly, I noticed that the receipt showed the wrong items of a boneless wings snack, I went inside to discover the entire staff laughing and playing and not working when I presented my receipt and said my food was wrong, the person who rang up the order “ Makiya M. “ got an Attitude with me and said well can I have the food back, when I told her I haven’t even been given my order yet she initially refused to correct the order and ran to her manager stating that “ why should we have to fix this, I gave him food” when they agreed to fix the order I was again told to move to the parking lot because they needed to keep the lane empty for others placing orders, except there was no one placing orders, about 10 min later I received my food and when I asked for straws I was told” we don’t have any”.

Read moreI arrived to the Zaxby’s off I-26 in Clinton at 920, read the door for a Friday night and it said they closed at 930 so I’m glad i just made it before closing time. But the door was locked 😳 i reread the door and it said closes at 930 so as someone walked out i asked if they were closed and the customer said no. I walked in and THE MANAGER yelled at a worker (who looked like a teenager) that she needs to stand at the door and tell everyone they ARE CLOSED. I’m looking on in shock as the door clearly says they close at 930 on Friday night. I was disappointed that a MANAGER who manages a shift of predominantly young kids is teaching them how to cut corners and not do tasks to a standard but to a time. If you want to close at 915 just post it and stay open to that time but dont post it as 930 and then close at 915. Teach those kids accountability and how to give customers what you promised them with your posted time. Everyone wants the position but not the responsibility. This is a substandard facility, not because of the workers or the food but because of ineffective and irresponsible LEADERSHIP or LACK of leadership. JUST DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!! No one is waiting!! They don’t even turn around to even say Hi. Other customers told us to go somewhere else unless we want to wait forever. So we go to Zaxby’s . We walk in the door semi busy. However Tracey says hello how can I help you. Super nice !! Before we could fill our drinks are food is ready. She calls my wife back over and gives her more sauce we had requested because she personally did not witness the other employees putting our sauce in the bag. 5 stars all the way around.
