Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Clintwood

Came in here the other day with my wife and child to get food as we were passing through, and I couldn’t believe what I saw.

Firstly, the food had flies buzzing around it and looked dry and old. I wouldn’t have even fed that to my dog, much less a wild rat.

We decided to go somewhere else, but I opted to use the bathroom quickly before leaving and I opened the door (as it was unlocked) and caught an employee tugging on their weiner. Now don’t get me wrong it’s a world wonder how he managed to hold onto something that small but nonetheless it was still inappropriate. I am sure his name was Brayden (or however it’s spelled) and he smelled of alcohol and dookie.

When I asked him why he thought that was appropriate, he said supplies were low so he was trying to make...

Ordered delivery. Supposed to get updates via text & app as to delivery status. Nope. So was in the shower when driver got to my hotel. My cell has no svc here. Heard knock on door. Expected order to be left at my door especially with Covid, everyone does contact less delivery. Nope. Driver left. Called front desk. Said driver required signature??..and he went to do another delivery, but would come back. I travel all over the country. I survive on delivery, Dash Pass, chain restaurants, local restaurants...they all leave it at the door. NONE require signature. Ridiculous and inconvenient policy on Pizza Hut's part. Very consumer UN friendly. I'm done with Pizza Hut. Oh yeah the "Detroit" Pizza was decent, but mostly dough. Short on cheese, short on meat...

Had to asked the lady working there Multiple times to wipe off a table big enough for our family to sit at. We were in town for a death in the family. Which was making our visit hard enough as it was but Having someone working in customer service. It was only willing to wipe the table after I told her just to give it to me and I would wipe it and then The attitude she gave me. If there was a different place in the town of Clintwood to eat, we would have but the choices there are very slim. You have Taco Bell Pizza Hut and McDonald's. That was all that we could find. Neighbors say the next day we had tacos and burgers for our lunch and dinner. Because we would not return...
