Taco Bell — Restaurant in Clintwood

Not sure what the other reviews are on about. Prob people that work there leaving positive reviews but I go to this location every day after work. Spend at minimum $20 on a daily basis giving them good business yet the line is always long and even when it isn't it doesnt matter because regardless the wait times are long granted I do order a lot. The point is day after day I come here and keep giving chances and everyday something is either wrong or missing from my order. I understand the facility is new but by this point in time things should be running smoothly .I always come very late night around 11 pm ..they always have a decent amount of staff but can never get the orders right. One night I got home I was missing food and drove all the way back went inside and there was a man beside me also back because his order was wrong. There is no excuse this late at night having 6 or more employees in the back and the place be dead inside with all the time given to make food and have anything wrong after a month of being open. There is a lot of younger kids I'd say around 18 working there and I dont blame them personally because its managements responsibility to make sure things are getting done correctly in a timely manner which they are not. I won't be back for probably another month to give them more time to correct issues and if that time things are still not proper I'll take my business elsewhere. Would give a zero if i could. Every time me or anyone i know comes to this taco bell it’s wrong. they never give you a receipt and the one time we make sure we asked for one they say that we ordered it a certain way that we definitely didn’t, then management proceeded to make us pay for the thing we wanted in addition to what they “heard” us order. came here for my official last time tonight, spent over $30 and ordered a total of 3 supreme tacos and they all came plain and tried a new “dipping burritos” and this is what we got as a $10 meal?? everything was cold and dry (no sauces that were supposed to be on the items). this is so crazy to me, every manager we’ve ever talked to always have attitude. terrible food and even worse...

Good food, friendly service, I only did 4 stars cause our first visit the girl at the window was rude.

Update: This restaurant is starting lose their game faces. This is the second time in 2 months that the Clintwood Taco Bell has messed up on our order. This time it was pathetic, you get paid hourly why rush? How can you serve two of the exact same items differently and look at that craftsmanship of cheese and tomatoe. If there's a shortage on cheese and tomatoes tell your customers, or go back to the cooler/walk in and get more out even if you have to cut it. Again you get paid by the hour no need to rush, if you was making commission you wouldn't be making much money with a sales...
