I stopped in the Cloverdale McD's 9/30. We went inside so we could use the bathroom & wash our hands after coming back from SR. We waited in line for 10 minutes while the staff looked at us & went back to what they were doing. 2 staff members made eye contact & then turned away & kept doing what they were doing. When somebody finally came up front to take our order..she was just rude. Her attitude was bad & her tone of voice was very rude. There was another family that came in as we were finishing placing our order & she wasn't rude to them..when our order was ready..we asked for salt & she acted like we were putting her out by asking for salt. I stop there quite frequently when making trips to SR to the dr..I've never been treated so rudely. I'm not sure I will stop there again. My Happy Meal cheeseburger had so much ketchup on it..it made me cough & the meat tasted very dry. My friend ordered chicken McNuggets & they gave her spicy ones that she couldn't eat. Then when they finally DO take your order up to 10-15 minutes wait., They walk away and COMPLETELY IGNORE THE NEXT PERSON!! REPEAT. REPEAT, REPEAT. This is NOT a singular experience. We have stopped here several times since March, it is now September and the service never improves and remains the same. We keep hoping for better. I think they ignore customers at the register to force them to get so pissed off that they will use the kiosks and app instead of waiting for proper service. Read moreWe ordered breakfast on the app on the way to church, got the food after 10 minutes of waiting, and was told we would have to wait longer for the special drinks. Employees should be trained to let customers waiting outside know if there will be a delay on an item. I would have gotten a refund and ordered other drinks. As it was, after twenty minutes, I went in to get the two out of four drinks that were ready, and left without receiving what we paid for, already late for the meeting.
