Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Cloverdale

If I could give them negative stars I would.

I had an issue with my online order. No big deal. Things happen. I just ask that it be remade because it had been sitting under the heat lamps for 20 minutes. First the manager has a rude attitude. Then I go in to speak to the owner. She assures me that they are MAKING me a new pizza and that she was sorry. After she explains that the original transaction was canceled she tells me they have to recharge my card. I of course verify that the original charge was canceled. She takes another 15 minutes to cash me out. She then reaches over and grabs a box that has been sitting under the warmer the whole time I was there. I asked her if this was the new pizza and she looked me in the eye and said yes. Of course I knew better so I opened the box to find an old dries pizza. She still insisted it was freshly made.

I am angry I had to go through all that because if a computer glitch but her blatant lie and assumption that I was dumber than a doornail is just too much. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...

I has such high hopes for you Mountain Mike's. Our first time ordering through you was perfect. Normally businesses don't deliver way out where we are but when I called and you said that it was no problem, my family and I were so excited. I wish I could say good things about this last visit. I did the online order through your website and that was super easy and everything went through with no problems. Then about an hour and 20 minutes after I place the order I get a call from your guys letting me know that you canceled my online order and can't make it out my way bc you are busy. The girl that called was giggling on the phone like what she had to say was funny.....I wasn't laughing. She didn't say sorry and could care less. To me it felt like it was later in the evening and maybe towards some people's end of their shift and they didn't want to make the drive out to my house (even though they were still open for another 2 1/2...

tried using a gift card and it didnt work. ended up just taking it off bill, but shouldnt it work if its there gift card. girl at register seemed bored on her phone when i walked in. had ordered ahead on web and got there right about time i chose to p/u. got home, less than 5 minutes, and pizza is old. it was sitting under heat when i paid and was just not fresh at all. even Papa's in town would taste better under the same circumstances. might be done with this place after this time. consistant unenjoyable experiences with staff and food. yeah its food and i can eat it, but not what i expect from a...
