We booked Aman Bhaji for five of our wedding events, and honestly, words can’t express how grateful we are for the entire experience. From the very beginning, working with him was effortless—he made everything smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable during such a busy time in our lives.

The food was beyond exceptional. Every single dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was, especially the naan—it became the star of the show at every event! The flavors, the freshness, and the quality were unmatched.

What stood out just as much as the food was the service. Aman Bhaji and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference, and it showed in every aspect of the catering.

I am not very good with taking photos and this is my first yelp review with photos. But… OMG… this food needed photographic acknowledgement! The malai chicken was AMAZING… I thought I was having paneer! The chicken was so soft and melted in our mouths… that’s right… Chicken!!! The tandoori fish was also fantastic, and coated in actual spices… not a ton of food coloring. We also had chaat… fabulous… noodle burger… quirky and worth it… rotis that came out actually still puffed and steaming! The Indian pizza bread was to die for too! I also ordered a kids grilled cheese and asked them to add Indian spices… the surprise dish was really worth it!

But any meal experience is made best by the service and ambience. The ambience is very nice and we had fantastic ladies serving us. A big hug and shout out to Harpreet and Choti. They treated us and my kids like family. My 8 yr old daughter announced grandly… mom… we are definitely coming back!

If you are in Clovis/ Fresno… don’t miss this. We will definitely return the next time we are travelling...

I recently dined at a fantastic Indian restaurant Fusion Indian Cuisine and Bar, that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, filled with the enticing aroma of spices.

The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, each more tempting than the last. I opted for the buffet with butter chicken and garlic naan, both of which were absolutely divine. The flavors were rich and authentic, showcasing the chef’s skill and passion for Indian cuisine.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Nav. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu Her friendly demeanor and prompt service made me feel valued as a guest.
