Starbucks — Restaurant in Clovis

You know, it's become the norm, having to wait longer and longer than the rest of the other customers going thru drive thru. And, it doesn't matter about the location either. My wife and I had just left our doctor's appointment and wanted a cup of coffee and possibly something to have with our coffee so, we decided to get off our vehicle and sit down to have our drinks. We ordered a venti cup of pike's coffee with a croissant sandwich, and I had a venti cafe Americano with almond milk and a bacon sandwich. My wife's coffee came right away, our sandwiches came over 10 minutes later, and finally, my cafe Americano came out. In the meantime, at least 10, if not more orders were processed and picked up, and my sandwich had already gotten cold. Didn't want to make a big deal, so we ate our sandwiches as best we could. Afterwards, I asked my wife if she wanted anything else and she mentioned that she'd like a chocolate croissant, so I got up and ordered what she wanted and I ordered a slice of the pumpkin loaf. Again, the wait was long, and I began to see a pattern developing...if you come in to place an order, you better be prepared to wait! Really, how long does it take to warm up 2 pastries? I get it, and I guess other's orders seem to take precedence over mine, or so it seems. But like I said earlier, this is happening at all Starbuck's. With all the many people which are crowded behind the counter, perhaps, someone needs to see if the level of service might be able to get tweaked a bit, and get to those who have stood in, ordered their drinks and or snacks, and try to get their items on a more timely matter? Moreover, if this is a peek into the future of "fast food", then, people that work at places like Starbuck's should maybe take look from the other side of the counter and experience what the customer is experiencing, and perhaps, take note of what they can do to make it better for...

READ THIS REVIEW THIS IS MY TOTAL EXPERIENCE WITH GOING TO THUS STARBUCKS. I feel like the workers at this Starbucks just don’t care about the customers— or maybe they just don’t care about me. I feel like every time I’ve come to this Starbucks, this is the only one I run into problems with. They take forever to make drinks despite not being very busy every time I come in, and they’re always wrong/taste wrong. I don’t even get anything that fancy off the menu, I just get a substitution and it’s still wrong. THIS PART IS VERY IMPORTANT. ALSO, I’ve bought a reusable trenta Starbucks cup to get their extra filtered water in. I came in yesterday to get their water in it, and they didn’t let me use my reusable cup. I shrugged it off, waited 10 minutes for the water, and poured it in my cup to leave. After taking a sip, I thought the water didn’t taste right, only to realize they’d given me tap water. TAP WATER. So disrespectful! I thought you guys pride yourself on giving good water! Why does this Starbucks have such nice furniture but such bad service? I don’t usually post reviews but this one had me between the service and the quality.

I came here over the weekend and ordered 3 bacon Gouda sandwich’s and passion tea lemonade. The line was long and had to wait a little over 20 mins. They mistook my order of 3 as only 1. I know I ordered 3 because I had my daughter In the back and one was for her and one for me and one for her mom. I wasnt sure if it was because I was far away from the box or she just wasn’t listening. When I got to the drive thru I apologized for the mistake thinking it was probably me to far away or something. The drive thru teen girl was rude, she lacked customer service skills, and cut me off while apologizing and giving her my card. When I got my sandwich, Only the bread was warm and the eggs tasted like cold mush. Also i took the coldest one and I pooped water a few hours later having that be the only thing I ate that day. The tea was watered down, no pumps of classic, and extra ice. Nothing was done to order.

Overall I thought since it was Clovis it would be a nicer Starbucks. Nope, I’ll stick with my ashlan and West Starbucks because these...
