My cousin & I was on our way to a Foodie Festival that was delayed due to the rain. We happened to see this Food Truck posted up so stopped for an "appetizer". LOL! We tried one of their Signature Entrees the Navajo Taco which is a deep fried sopapilla with green & red taco meat (it was either chicken or beef) and all the fixings.
