East of Chicago — Restaurant in Clyde

I get pizza, subs, and parm pops from here quiet often and usually I don't have a problem. But tonight we ordered a late dinner. Simple taco pizza, Italian sub and parm pops. Our order was in at 10:56, didn't come til after midnight when we tried to call to see if there was a problem no one would answer the phone at midnight when our food hadn't been delivered. It shows open til one. My husband tried calling back to back until someone did answer and when the lady finally picked up she said were closed for the night really snotty. Unprofessional to say the least not to mention my sub was cold and so soggy it was like the dough wasn't cooked(dog had issues chewing it!) The taco pizza was cold and tasteless. Parm pops were cold but those were the best of all of it. I won't be ordering here for awhile. Do better east of Chicago...

The father is a great guy but now has both sons working and running their Clyde Bellevue stores . He's gonna out of his way to fix my orders after they were too incompetent to do so. Then they lied to corporate so the father asked if I could call from another number to save face and not lose business. Sad really but when they aren't working the young woman in Bellevue and the driver are amazing...

They charged my card twice for the same order wouldn't refund the money I went and showed the Manger where it was charged twice he gave me the run around he was very rude unprofessional said he didn't have time to deal with it i was very nice until he started being rude so I'm letting the bank dispute the charges yes both charges cleared the bank he was cussing very rude I hope this gets the...
