Subway — Restaurant in Clyde

The staff are wonderful. But they have no idea how a sub should be made to stay together well this isn't their fault but a show of the lack of training subway used to have very specific guides to how subs are made but that has fallen of drastically the last 10ish years. The floors and tables are very clean however the produce looked like it hadn't been changed in ages some was wilted from being in too cold cabros you could see the frost on many of them. The sauce bottles were very dirty looked almost like mold on the oil bottle and visible debris on the vinegar bottle top. The cookie case was full of crumbs like they dont clean it in the evening. Flies were literally landing on our food as it was being made and while flies are inevitable in a food environment sometimes the dirty stuff everywhere in combination makes it feel gross to eat at. Lack Cleanliness and training is desperately needed the training I notice lacking at all subways however the level of unclean is not something I have ever seen in a subway before. Went into subway today to get dinner. You could tell they were busy but I wasn't worried about it. The girl that started my food on the meat side seemed to immediately have an attitude. She was piling more and more sandwiches onto the girl next to her instead of helping or waiting for a second. Then she starts talking really loud about how she is going to quit. Now this whole time instead of helping after piling on the sandwiches she walks back and forth between the front and the back of the building. Then when she does finally come back to actually work she starts talking to the third girl at the register as if she is slow or something. You should never treat anyone like that. She continued to glare and act like this up until I got my food and left. I've never seen one of the employees at this establishment act like this before. Completely...

I've tried calling multiple times to voice my complaint but since no one will answer the phone I will just put it in my review. You failed to give me the 2 bags of chips on my mobile curbside order. I'm to ill to walk inside other wise I wouldn't of ever used curbside. So I assume I'm out my money bc no one will answer the phone. I also ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt and you failed to even put ranch on my sandwich. Thankfully I have some in my fridge to make up for your failed attempt.
