My girlfriend just went through. Ordered me a big breakfast with hot cakes an a Carmel frappe.... They gave her a Carmel latte that tastes like nothing but steamed milk (no flavor), my hotcakes were half cold, an they gave me barely a quarter of eggs that the platter calls for (I used to work at a McDonald's an know how much goes into these items).…. The McDonald's brand has gone to the toilet... This location was the brands last chance to keep me as a customer!!! Several locations have given me attitude because I'm a lesbian, one location had ants in my frappe another location I found cartilage in my McChicken (bowling Green)... I'm DONE eating at this horrible brands establishments!!!!!
Try giving this place another chance and twice now I've been through there in order to kids meals for my nephew and twice now my nephews opened up his kids meals and found no toys inside this place is pathetic and doesn't deserve to have the...
Read moreWritten before we sat down: If I could give only one star I would. The entire visit from start to finish was an absolute disaster. We had to give our order to the cashier multiple times because she did not know how to use the register. Even after having a trainer come over to help they still entered our order incorrectly. I tried telling them it was incorrect but they assured me that it was. Once I got the receipt I was able to show them that they messed it up. To top it all off they get me the wrong sandwich by mistake. After all that they only gave us a 10% discount on one of our meals. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.
Written after we sat down: The fries were ice cold and undercooked. To top off the entire visit, two of the clocked in employed were sitting down and talking in the dining room while 2 maybe 3 employees were left in the back to manage the food...
Read moreI accidentally asked for a medium fry and quickly corrected myself and asked for a small fry instead, but the girl was quick to total it up as the medium fry AND the small fry and she didn't ask me if everything looked correct on the screen, she just rushed to total it all up together and when I asked her if she could fix it really quick, she told me to just drive around and they'll fix it at the pay window. So when I got to that window, it was a different person so they didn't even know about the mix-up. I told him the girl didn't fix it before she totaled it up and he was more understanding and respectful unlike her. You need to get better workers like him, because the girl didn't ask if everything looked correct on the screen and she didn't wait a few extra seconds to do that so my order was right...
