Workers tonight were extremely unprofessional and rude. Decided to make a 33 minutes drive for taco bell since Tiffin is closed for remodeling. They completely jacked up my order and I made a 30 minute drive home before i noticed. I called. And drove back after being told they would remake the order and see about conpensating for the mistake and long drive. So I drive 30 minutes back because 24$ out of the 36$ in taco bell is missing and we recieved someone else's tomato filled garbage. Anyway, I show up and mention how I was told they were going to even make a taco as compensation? Nope. Old lady at the window cut me off while I was asking and told me "you got your food" ok... so i accept defeat and start driving away. My order is wrong again, but only slightly. I called the store to let them know and told them I didn't want to turn around and come back at 3rd time but would take a picture of my food and report it missing on the app and if that didn't work speak to corporate. They hang up. Not even a minute later 3 employees find it a good idea to use the store phone to call me back and start telling me I'm wrong and my order is right.. while I'm staring at clearly not what I ordered? A young sounding guy called back and said he made the food and I was wrong? Then I said I know what a taco looks like and a young girl chimed in yelling. I said I didn't call to be harassed, I called to let you know some of my food was wrong again and said I wasn't even coming back. Asked for the girls name and she hung up on me. I called back and the rude ass lead told me "I don't want to be harassed " when I asked for her name. My boyfriend called and she said her names Sarah. Highly doubt that, but you never know. I will not return to this location again, and I would never recommend it to anyone I know based on the night shift employees attitude towards literal paying customers. Read moreIf I could give this place a zero rating for all of the above I would. First of all I have a big family, so we have big EXPENSIVE orders usually and this location always has a problem. Call ahead so we can give you a discount, call ahead so we can have it ready, call ahead cause we don't have that much on hand. First of all we have called ahead and still had to wait 20 mins on top of the waiting before going, then our order is always wrong missing items or cold. This is the second time in going to breakfast at this location. This was our first time online ordering for this location- then called cause it was suppose to be delivered and it was showing pick up so we called the rude lady on the phone confirmed they got the order and that it was counter pick up and that with an order that big we should call ahead cause they dont have that much breakfast items(no big deal) until we went to pick the food up and the lobby isn't open, the lobby is never open, mean while 3 emplpyees are in the lobby area staring and giving dirty looks, called the store again to be told by a snotty person who was very rude to begin with that our order was picked up by a door dasher. So we turn around and come home. Our sausage crunch wraps didn't have sausage in them, our burritos were not made correctly in any fashion and didn't have the right stuff in them. we were missing items we were charged for, got extra items we didn't ask for and the order was cold and chewy. Won't ever be going back to this location again and I hope that clyde gets rid of this place or this company realizes who ever they have running it- shouldnt be. Rude unfriendly unprofessional staff; barn yard animals could run it better. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone and I wouldn't feed the food...
Read moreI’m not usually one to take the surveys but the only thing I hope as that some type of higher up sees this. The experience I received tonight was never before and completely mind blowing. We placed our order, 2 things were missed when we got our food and we were charged for something we didn’t even order. We went back through the drive through to get the items we missed and we didn’t get refunded the burrito we never ordered bc “they couldn’t take food back”. Then charged us for the missed food and still forgot 1 of 2 items… crazy huh lol. After waiting for our food in the drive thru 2 times obviously our original order was could. So I called to speak to a manger and I have to add Im in my 20s, and a store manager and I have more respect for dirt than that manger did for the dissatisfaction I got. I had to repeat the situation to her multiple times. She still would not refund, only kept saying I don’t understand what the problem is… after explaining it 3 times to her. Like anyone else I got frustrated bc clearly this manager wasn't going to make the situation right so I asked for her name… she followed with “I don’t have to give that to you” as it’s on the receipt I ask is it Rebecca? And she says yes. So I will be calling daytime management to see if they will make the situation right… but like usually probably not. This is not okay! If you going to let young adults be managers at least make sure they are mature enough to handle situations...
