I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but I must, I pulled up to the drive through to get this boo bundle I seen on the app, me and the lady were trying to figure it out I asked a few questions and was pretty confused, my wife was trying to show me on the app, then randomly in the middle of this conversation a random voice of a male come onto the mic and say talk to her with some manners, but I was saying please thank you and actually talking very politely, I even checked my dash came to see if I was impolite. I wasn’t this rude and obviously mentally unstable employee named junior, if that’s his real name when I asked. But the customer service was terrible and honestly rude, as long as people who treat customers like that works there me and my entire family will not eat at this establishment. I also gave my phone number and info to the team to have the store manager call me and I was never reached out to showing the manager doesn’t care about how their staff treats people. I was a regular here and always had a present experience. So I wouldn’t recommend the food is sub par at best we always looked passed the sloppy made food cause we like bk chicken, but now with the combo of food and horrible customer service we will no longer eat here again. I asked specifically for this and when my burger arrived, low and behold it had cheese on it. I politely asked them to remake it as I didn't want the cheese. They remade it and it again arrived with cheese on it. I walked up to the counter again and politely stated my burger had cheese on it. I literally watched them take my burger and pull the cheese off the burger and hand it back to me. I understand about costs, but if I were lactose intolerant, which I am, any leftover bits of cheese on the sandwich would not sit well with me or anyone that is lactose intolerant or has food allergies or sensitivities. Read moreI ordered a custom rodeo burger. Paid the extras to have what I ordered on it. Unfortunately I did not get the custom one I got a standard. I am attaching my receipt from my order. I did mess up and order double of everything except the burger that'd be part because of the app screwing up and me not looking at it at the end. I did realize the amount was higher than it should have been but I just thought I messed something up counting. Just make sure you review your order before leaving the store. Especially if it's for somebody who would just be upset that something got screwed up and wouldn't eat it. You definitely don't want that to happen to your kid and have to run back out.
