On the 21st of June, which happened to be a Friday I'd called to make a carry out order. I'm not sure why I feel that this is important but I'm going to add it anyways. Initially a young girl picked up the phone who ended up taking my order; but immediately after she had answered the phone an older lady had also picked up the phone. I had inquired about how much their large pies were prior to giving my order. I was blown away when she told me $5.99 per pie. Considering I hadn't paid that little sense my youngest child was very small and she's going to be 13. I thought maybe they were running a Friday special and it was my fault for not clarifying if the price you gave me was correct or incorrect. I asked for two pies for carryout. They told me 15 to 20 minutes and we arrived 25 minutes later. I stood in line for almost 10 minutes and was then told that they didn't have an order in my name whatsoever. Read moreI got the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, the sauce had NO parm cheese in it it’s all clumpy ricotta and maybe heavy cream? Not good at all. I also got the ala vodka. They didn’t have penne pasta so they subbed it with another kind which was waaay over cooked and little flavor in the sauce. Garlic knots was mid at best. And on top of that they over charged me!! The prices are NOT super cheap like the reviews said and in fact they charge more than what their online menu says! Needless to say I won’t be returning especially when there’s other Italian options in the area. I was really hoping this place was gonna be good but $50 later (because I was overcharged) and I can’t even eat the food...
Read moreService was quick & friendly despite being busy, nice salad bar, nice brite, clean shop*, handi-cap friendly, serves alcohol, accepts plastic. .. My first experience here was 2 subs to go,....which I cannot brag about, they were ordered with oil, but didn't have any, fortunately I took them home so I could oil them, instead of choking it down. Second was a dining room experience for which I got a nice looking steak, but shoe leather tuff, (probably fresh from the freezer)... My conclusion is,.....order the chalk-board specials since these are usually things prepared for the day....most of the other diners seemed to have done that & the food all looked great.
