Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Coalgate

I will say this, Coalgate Sonic is VERY hit and miss.

Starting off most of the Order Screens do NOT work or they aren't turning them on..

Second online orders don't seem to ever have Priority for when they are ordered or when the pick up time is closing in, they will likely begin making Online Orders when you pull up after 30+ Minutes and say you are there to PICK UP the order.

Most of the food is incredible don't get me wrong, but Chicken of almost any kind is usually 1/4 the size of a single McDonald's Nugget Grease Gristle.

The cost is moderately High for what you get although the Promotional Days (Tuesday 1/2 $ Burger Day etc etc) do make Sonic a Top pick on certain days.

Staff is nice, absolutely no issues there.

It's mainly the SEVERE wait times you will Usually Experience, due to Orders seeming to not being done in the order/ease of when they get them, coupled with Sonic being the ONLY '"Fast" Food place in Coalgate, tied also with many order monitors not being on/working, and if you are there on one of the Promo Days/Days when a App Deal is in effect.. Well then there is nothing anyone can do but wait for a very long time.

Oh and they recently got a major Make Over of the place! Monitors/Order Screens still aren't on or working but... Looks Nice to...

Probably the worst sonic in the world. I say that without any hyperbole whatsoever. The only thing they have that isn't completely trash are the drinks, and even then, they are somehow still worse than other sonics.

The food is always terrible. Every time I go, it tastes like the food is made by someone who hates sonic.

I got a smash burger today, and it looked and tasted like it had been made hours ago and then they stepped on it before bringing it to my car. It was abysmal.

When I go to sonic I normally get a breakfast burrito, but everytime I get one at the coalgate location, I always tell my wife that it's the last time I ever order one from them. I don't know what they do to it, but they just cannot produce good food there. The eggs always look and taste overcooked. The cheese is always crammed into the bottom 1/4 of the burrito, and no matter how many sauces you put on the order form, they will never give you what you order.

I've never been to a sonic this bad. It would take a world changing event to make me order food there again. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money at the coalgate sonic. ...

We were on a long road trip and ran out of beverages. As we were still an hour or more away from home and were parched, we needed a drink.

Thank the Lord that there is a Sonic in nearly every town here! For real! Sonic is only in a few cities in Michigan where we moved from, and we are glad they are (versus subway).

Ordering in the app is easy. And we don't even have to get out of the vehicle!!! I feel so pampered when I go to Sonic!! Hubbs got a coke, but i tried the flamingo, and absolutely loved it!!!
