Little Chef — Restaurant in Coatesville

Had this place deliver to our home. The driver was very disrespectful. When we called to complain the driver called us and insisted he was the manager and our complaint wouldnt matter. It ended up he was not in fact a manager and we were offered our money back or the option to have our next order delivered for free as long as we didnt order an amount more than we had that night. We opted to take the next delivery for free.

The next time we called to order, I asked to speak to the manager, knowing I'd have to explain the situation. The man who answered ensured he was the manager and when I explained the situation he then exclaimed that he in fact could not help me with the situation and that he had to get his manager Nick. I spoke to Nick and explained the situation, HE THEN CLAIMED TO NOT BE THE HEAD MANAGER AND THAT I'D HAVE TO CALL BACK NEXT WEEK AND WAS HUNG UP ON.

I called back again, seeing as I had had multiple experiences with employees claiming to be managers and a young lady answered. I asked her who was the head manager of the restaurant AND SHE TOLD ME NICK WAS IN FACT THE HEAD MANAGER. I demanded to speak to him and asked him why he had lied to me and was treated rudely and wasn't offered any sort of apology.

THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT THAT IS HONEST OR CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

THIS RESTAURANT ENCOURAGES THEIR EMPLOYEES TO LIE AND TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

THIS IS A TRASH RESTAURANT WITH DISHONEST AND SHADY EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT.

And if youre wondering if their food is good....well it's not. Having worked in a similar style restaurant, their food is very low quality.

Don't waste your time like I did with them. DEFINITELY not worth dealing with such terrible service for bottom...

Awesome restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We went for lunch, this was our first visit. Olympia, who is one of the owners is an absolute delight. She makes you feel right at home. She makes the best rice pudding! I've now been ruined and will never be able to eat anyone else's rice pudding. It is made with her mother's recipe and you can taste the love.

Our lunches were delicious. The marinara sauce that came with the mozzarella sticks is off the hook! My husband's Cheeseburger was actually cooked on a charcoal grill and he loved it. The mac n' cheese is to die for. You can tell this is real home cooking.

The owners and the staff are all top notch, everyone is very friendly and make you feel like you are apart of their family. The restaurant is cozy and inviting. The restaurant is very clean. There is a large parking area, which is easy to get in and out of.

Brunch at Little Chef was hands-down the best customer service I've ever seen. So friendly, so polite. While we were there, a transformer exploded and the power went out on the whole block. The staff was so apologetic and the owners came out and apologized personally to us for any inconvenience, but they continued to cook for us with the resources still available to them. They brought out our food and they were all still smiling and happy to be helping us, even though the kitchen was no doubt hot as can be without any cooling systems. The waitress when she came with the check apologized, saying that they couldn't accept card payments at this time due to the outage, but said that if we didn't have enough cash that we could venmo her and she'd be able to get it to the owner (her father). When we were leaving, I made sure to thank the staff as I was walking out and the owners thanked us as well, and even invited me into the kitchen to show me around the establishment.
