Number One Kitchen — Restaurant in Coatesville

I ordered takeout about 2 hrs ago and they still haven't arrived. So I called, to check and see if they were gonna deliver and the call went straight to voicemail. I proceeded to call again and this time they picked up, and instead of handling the mistake professionally the woman showed attitude on the phone, and hung up. Every time I ordered from this place i was given attitude. This business is highly unprofessional I would not recommend eating from this establishment. If you're in the mood to be treated rudely, and unprofessional this is the place for you, but seeing that you're a normal person i'm sure that's not what you're looking for. Coatesville is a very small town and although this restaurant is a familiar place, we need to be careful and pay attention to who we are allowing to prepare our food. We need to be cautious and pay attention to how we are treated. If a person doesn’t care enough to at the least pretend to appreciate your business or be someone you can trust to prepare things that we are putting into our bodies and those of our children, we need to trust our instincts and go another route. Very rude customer service over the phone!!! Yells at their customers when they're getting their order together!!
