Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Coatesville

I visited this establishment on Saturday not knowing what I was getting myself into. Not any other locations local to me so I decided to give them a try despite the location. I placed my order through the Pizza Hut app, when I arrived there was one other customer there, they were not busy. My order was done. When giving the name and asking for my order, the person identified herself as the manager, refused to give me my order. Another employee was ready to hand me my order and again that manager refused. So unprofessional and rude. In addition, I was also threatened by a separate employee to leave the store which resulted in me having to call the police. They were ordered to give me a refund, however, haven’t received it yet. I have reported this to corporate and am waiting for a resolution from the proper department since authorities were involved. Initially I gave this location 5 stars, but I have to edit my review to 1 star. I ordered delivery via online, and I was not aware that they used Door Dash. Had I known that, I would have picked up my order. Anyhoo, after an hour of waiting and the Door Dash tracker pushing my delivery time back several times, I finally called the store. I was told the delivery driver never came to get my order and that I could come and get it. As I was getting my things to head out, the driver pulled up. My food was cold and there were no wings. I then ended up having to go to the restaurant since they could not reimburse me. When I got there they told me they were out of the garlic parm wings. I have been ordering from this pizza hut since they reopened years ago. Originally started off really good. very nostalgic!! but over the years and more recently(a few days ago) the food has gone down hill. Ordered 2 pizzas. one being very undercooked and completely soggy...almost slimy like. yuck!! and if you know pizza hut pan pizza, the under crust isn't soggy. Reached out and let the restaurant know asking for a refund because 1. of how expensive 2 pizzas are and 2. because I was genuinely dissatisfied. first complaint ever. & again I buy from here a good bit. they just wanted to offer me a $20 credit for food Im not excited to eat/purchase again.
