Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Coats

This dominos used to be my go-to whenever i needed something quick to eat and it was always delicious. Today we had some mishaps. I oerdered online(like usual), only this time when it was time for pick-up the cashier named michael told my fiance that someone else had picked up my order. I called the store from home and asked said cashier about this mishap. He informed me that there was only one online order at the time and asked me if maybe i had ordered from the wrong location. I did not, i have screenshots of my order. Somehow the wrong number was called an hour and a half later. The same cashier told my fiance's sister that they realized their mistake and that another girl named jessica made an order and picked up the wrong one. They said they would "remake" my original order. At this point it was already 2 hours after my original order was placed but we were willing to just let them remake it and go about our day. When we went to pick-up the order and got it home, it was all wrong. Literally nothing on my original order was on this new "remade" order. The phone for their store was available earlier when i called but has now been off the hook for hours since the incident first occurred. I ended up having to call the benson store and they were very pleasant in giving me the help i needed. We had to get food from hardees eventually because the food i recieved was not good. Since this location opened we have had the best service and quality even during all this COVID-19 time. However, that changed tonight. Placed order via app as always, received updates and after 10 minutes after app said driver was in neighborhood we still didn’t have our food. I called the location and the person that I spoke too said the tracker was wrong. I said it never has before but he said it was. Well 29 minutes after my call (total of 39 after tracker notification) we received our food. Driver didn’t carry it in pack for keeping it hot and being a nice person I took my food thinking positive. Worst food ever cold and had been done a while. Tracker insurance only gives you credit for free pizza in the future. What future will that be, what a waste and a loss of business. I hope management looks at reviews and does something about it but probably not. Will be a long time if ever we use this location again. 80% of the time I’m using curbside service. The pizza is always hot, even when I arrive late for pickup. The sandwiches, pasta, and brownie dessert are made well too. But the wings can be hit or miss. They definitely aren’t pre-seasoned. The other day I bought Parmesan garlic and they squeezed a mayonnaise based sauce over it after it came out the oven. So the sauce just sat on top of the wings at room temperature instead of heated with the wings. It was so nasty. Sometimes the other flavored wings can be salty.

The delivery charges are high once you factor in tip, so rarely used. But arrived at my home in a reasonable time.

I had to fuss at the crew lead last month when I got take out. Too many flies at prep station with uncovered dough sitting out when there were covers available. I made them cover up but she gave me lip back and basically told me to cancel if I had issue.

Overall their pizza taste better then other Dominoes in area. My new favorites are the Brooklyn Style Extravaganza and Hawaiian...
